Radisson Collection Royal Hotel, Copenhagen

An excellent, central location to explore central Copenhagen on foot. 5mins walk from the main train station if you are looking to travel further afield. The hotel is very comfortable, gorgeous Arne Jacobsen design. Rooms are a reasonable size, very good layout with a window seat and a comfortable chair with still and sparkling water (complimentary). A sense of a separate seating area to sleeping area which is nice. Good shower with a long shelf to store your toiletries. Reasonable hanging space. Good full length mirror. Restaurant was very good food, we had not tried Peruvian Japanese fusion and throughly enjoyed it. Nice bar area and reception seating area. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful lounges and room, delicious breakfast and friendly staff! Tour of 606 room was also fantastic.

Not really. But a random guy who seemed not to stay here was at the restaurant for breakfast and a lady was sleeping on the couch on the first floor.

- the perfect location close to the central station and the Tivoli gardens and the outstanding view from the room on the 19th floor - the staff especially the breakfast staff and the cleaning staff: very friendly and extremely efficient, congratulations! - the breakfast choice: large and delicious - the smart system with the lifts preventing clients to wait for too long - bottles of water are provided in the room every day, which is really enjoyable

- the insanely small breakfast hall for a 20-floor hotel, especially when there is a large vacant bar area next to the breakfast hall! Simply unacceptable and I don’t want to hear that the hotel is exceptionally full. Clients should not queue to get breakfast in a 5 star hotel. - the insanely small space available in the room to store clothes. Maybe there are people who like minimalist design but I want to be able to not put my shirts on the floor in a double room in a 5 star hotel. - the air conditioning system propels dust when switched on and produces a regular unplesant noise

What nice seating arrangement for breakfast. Nice selections although still there is area of more improvement for breakfast varieties. What a lovely room with an amazing number one bathroom. Great housekeeping. I like how fast lifts are and always there is open one is waiting. This is a definitely certified come back hotel in my favorite list.

Staff was very receptive to my obvious distress about the size of the standard room I booked online and quickly upgraded us at a very reasonable rate to a very spacious family suite. The breakfast selection was impressive and the service great. The hotel's location was unbeatable -close to the station and many of the attractions.

On arrival we were bitterly unhappy with our standard room which is nothing more than a cupboard. There is absolutely no space to place any of your own belongings down let alone unpack a suitcase. We were upgraded at a very reasonable price to a family room which was perfect and a vast improvement on the standard room which I guess is suitable for a single business person staying overnight without much luggage.

Fast service, speedy check-in, everything was perfectly smooth. The rooms were clean and of a high standard. We had a great view. The staff were relaxed and informative, couldn't fault them at all. Everything about the stay was seamless. The cocktail bar downstairs had a good vibe and some nice drinks. The interior design was excellent, as you expect from a design hotel Would definitely stay again.

Nothing, there wasn't anything I could think of. We didn't have breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

It was my second stay at this hotel and that says plenty. Location, facilities and staff were all excellent, breakfast offered big enough selection of quality produce to enjoy. I love the small touches, such as the complimentary still and sparkling water in the rooms. I believe this hotel offers great value for money, even if it comes at a premium price.

Rooms can be a bit noisy - it's mostly due to Tivoli gardens - during my last stay it was Independence day, this time it was Tivoli's birthday, but there was some significant noise up until midnight.

The hotel was handy from train station. Reception were very helpful with regards directions when we asked for help getting around the area. We were also able to upgrade to a room overlooking Tivoli Gardens giving us a lovely view. Check out was not until 12:00 noon so no rushing about on our last day there. Hotel is near to tourist info where we bought our Copenhagen cards. We opted not to have breakfast at hotel, chosing instead to eat at local eateries. Partly due to the high cost of breakfast.

The bed was not very comfortable as it had a big lump in the middle I assume where 2 beds were joined up.

The Hotel was great! The location is absolutely perfect, it's very clean as you would expect and the staff were lovely & friendly. The bed I found was extremely comfy and the bathroom was to a good standard! I would highly recommend the hotel and if I were to go back to Copenhagen I would definitely stay again.

I do wish I had ironing facilities in the room, however I do know the hotel does provide laundry service. But an iron in the room would have been great. I didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on the standard of it, however the price did put me off from booking it.
