The location was excellent, right next to the train / bus station. Walking distance to the tourist attractions. Helpful hotel staff. Basic no frills hotel stay with affordable pricing Hair dryer is provided upon request w deposit collected. Refills for coffee / tea / body was upon request as well. Cleaner cleans every 5 days, so if u need frequent cleaning, you probably need to notify the front desk.

Would prefer daily cleaning / emptying of trash. There are no black out curtains, but I guess this is common in denmark? Bed size is a bit small (bearing in mind I'm a petite Asian women)

Check in was a dream! Having traveled for work the last days and been greeted at receptions in a less than friendly way, the welcome I got here was phenomenal. Really genuine and just lovely. not sure why I was asked if I wanted a 'high room' because I was unfortunately looking out onto a wall. would have preferred a low room with sunlight. Room was tiny, as totally expected and so well designed. It was also spotless! Breakfast very basic, but adequate in a lovely setting with views over the city. Super location , extremely close to train station and about a 5 minute walk to old town and H.C Museum. TV worked, lots of channels; mostly Danish but also had BBC news channel, which was great.

The bed was not great, comfort wise. A little lumpy and the mattress kept falling off the bed slightly. Not a deal breaker, just not super great. Bathroom is tiny, that's fine and was expected, but I really didn't enjoy the shower- no shower cap and totally unavoidable to get wet hair. Also not a deal breaker, especially if you like the rain shower type of showers coming directly from above. Looking out to a wall was far from exciting and a little bit claustrophobic.

Rooms were appropriate for the price, about 80 euros per night. Staff was competent and easy going. one minute from the Train Station. Very easy to find from the outside.

Breakfast was a little overpriced for the selection and the quality. Maybe I arrived just too late in the morning when the good stuff was already gone, you'll have to see for yourself. on the other hand, for a one-time trying out it's not too pricey either. I was unable to pay in Euros, but that's just a peculiarity of Denmark, I guess

The clue is in the name. The rooms are like ferry cabins, but perfectly comfortable with charging sockets, light at the writing desk and efficient private shower wet room - the shower curtain doesn't stick to you, but you need to put all dry items on the high shelf. Exceptionally convenient for the Odeon, the station (overlooks the tracks) and the town centre for exceptional value. Unlike another budget hotel I have tried in the past, the window opened which added to the comfort in a very small room which could otherwise feel stuffy. This was ideal for putting up a large team, most of whom need single rooms - I wish every city had one.

For the price and location, cannot fault it, except that if you needed to leave the window open while sleeping the freight trains clanking through the station might wake you.

Exceptional price and exceptionally convenient for working at the Odeon. Just what we needed for a large team. The rooms were perfectly comfortable, given the name of the hotel - they really are the size of the cabins on a ferry. An excellent concept for a budget hotel with cleverly designed shower rooms and acceptable shower; the wrap-around shower curtain was not as bad as I feared. Car park under the hotel, but too tight for our pickup; large public underground car park very close by. Can't comment on breakfast. Some drinks and snacks available from reception, plus a supermarket opposite open 0700-2300.

For the price and location for a large party of colleagues, can't fault it.

The location is perfect. The room has a waterboiler and is more spacious then I have expected, we've been to some more tiny places. There are shelves. Everything was clean The staff was very nice and the check in and out was fast.

The shower was really tiny. It all worked though. But it's more like a closet. We did not mind. The staff don't recommend any inexpensive parking. If you are by car try the Ridehusgade. It's free from 20 till 8 and is inexpensive otherwise. 5min walk. The beds are soft. That's comfortable for some, but not for others. So just fyi.

Good location, nice stuff, simple but good breakfast, good value for money.

Few little things: The room was facing the train station and with a view to the wall - very dark and if you want to open the window at night you can't sleep because of trains screeching to a halt at the station. But with a closed window it's ok. The shower is not very comfortable because there is only a ceiling shower head.

Great location since train station and the city bus hub is just a few minutes by foot from the hotel. Quick place with the necessary comfort for a short stay in town. Downtown is around 10 minutes away where you can find a lot of bars and restaurants. Closest food store is is across the road corner. Breakfast offers fresh croissants and Danish pastries, along with salty food, at a buffet on the last floor of the hotel.

Very small room, that is a bit oppressive, but one can stay at the lobby to drink, eat, chat or do some computer works. Mattress pad makes the bed more comfortable but it moves from the main mattress.

The location is great, right next to the station. The room is clean and in general comfortable. Noise proof window worked well and can hardly hear anything from the trains passing by. Good choice for the location and price,

The window lock is not working and is just next to the bed, so it would be quite dangerous for a small child when playing on the bed and may open it and fall out from high floors. The beds are kind of cheap. Very little shampoo was provided.

A lovely receptionist who was helpful with giving me an extra spoon and a heater for my room, because it was too chilly inside. Very clean! Good space utilization in the room, very compact. Complimentary tee and coffee with a tea pot in the room. Very comfortable bed with a soft and warm blanket. Well working TV. Easy regulation of hot/cold water which is a problem in certain hotels but not here!

Rather cold inside, but I was provided an extra heater. Noisy because of ventilation + I could hear some other noises from room. I would say sleeping without earplugs might be uncomfortable. Plus my room was right next to the hall entrance which added extra noise
