Wide choice of quality and healthy foods. Plenty of space in the eating area and excellent presentation overall. Very clever approach with providing small individual portions, helping to minimise wastage.

The wifi seemed a little unstable with more than one device. I thought the restaurant's offering of evening meals was limited for vegetarians.

The whole staff was amazing, helpful and very friendly (reception and breakfast staff). The room was a bit small, but of course, we did not reserve a suite. Beds were comfortable and the location is quiet. The breakfast was great, a great choice of products.

Unfortunately, the cleaning of the room did not make our expectations. Especially when you have a dog (and you pay for it), you may expect that the room is cleant thouroughly every day (especially the floor). We had the impression that the cleaning had to happen rather quickly, because the personal had much to do (sometimes, the dustbin was not emptied, for example).

Nice view. Cold drink dispenser in reception area was very welcome when we arrived. Very good breakfast. The staff were very friendly.

Restaurant and bar not open on Sundays. We ate with family so not a problem but would have been annoying if we had expected to eat in hotel. Lack of pillows in room. Just one small pillow each.

The hotel is a 20 minutes footwalk away from the city with many pubs, restaurants etc. and a 30 minutes walk from the famous Vikingskibsmuseum. It is a well-known businesshotel and as expected, everything worked perfect. The staff ist very helpful in everything and when we noticed that the bathroom fittings were broken, we got a new room immediately. The mattresses were very comfortable, the room (view on the parkingspace) was quiet. Well and the breakfast was - as you know it from the Scandic-Group - outstanding! We loved the possibility to get our breakfast (or a little nightcap!) on the small terrace in front of the hotel!

Very friendly people. We could park our bicycles at night, safely in the luggage storage room inside. Large room, very clean. Nice view on the park. In walking distance of the city center. The breakfast buffet was great. Also a lot of vegan options.

Comfortable and clean. Friendly and supportive staff. Awesome breakfast, generous and nicely arranged. Really one of the best. Good location- near park with a pond. Not far from the old center.

No A/C, but they provided a fan.

The location was very nice. It is situated next to a large park with a lake. The rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing; the kids loved the waffle maker.

My room had a strange musty, rotten egg smell.

Sauna was cool, staff was extremely friendly, and very professional

Toilet keeps flossing like the button for it was broken or something like that and the pressure on the water was kinda disappointing

The breakfasts were exceptionally good. The food was delicious and plentiful.

The room we stayed in was a bit of a tight squize for a family of four, but that is not a real complaint ;)

Breakfast not fantastic with well overcooked scramble eggs. The man with glasses at the desk in the morning should find another job. Very unprofessional and not kind at all. He also forgot to book our taxi.
