Hilton Tallinn Park

The best stay I probably ever had. The employees were very professional and someone even knew a bit of german. Room was clean and big (32qm2) Breakfast also has vegan options and the SPA is open for everyone. Perfect stay, would come back again. Also the best looking hotel from all Hiltons. The view was amazind and beside the Spa you can also bath in your room even in a normal room, not just a Suite.

Only little downside: The TV does not support Chromecast for YouTube or Netflix, I hope they get upgraded. And also why is bottled water in the breakfast free but not in the rooms?

We loved our room and especially, the view. Everything was comfortable and nice. All in all we had a great stay and were happy with the choice of hotel. The breakfast was excellent and offered a lot of choices.

Whereas some of the staff members are nice and kind, some unfortunately are not. It is not to say that they don't do their job correctly, but you kind of have a feeling that you are bothering them and they are not really happy to help you. This issue with lack of friendliness in service though seems kind of a general issue in Estonia, but you would expect a higher level in a hotel like Hilton. However, i would really like to say that there are exceptions to this rule. The man, who checked us in, was friendly, professional and made us feel welcome. Also, a blond waitress at the breakfast was very sweet and kind.

The hotel is definitely very good. The room was spacious and clean. They provide Evelyn&Crabtree cosmetics in the bathroom. The breakfast was five-star. The spa was premium.

I do not like the general politics of Hilton - preauthorizing money on card, including the safety deposit of 50EUR. Also the spa opening hours are 9:30 -13:00, 17-21:00. And its is not comfortable - you can not swim before breakfast. The TV channels could be optimized - no music or cartoons available.

Amazing staff. So good breakfast, you can let them make fresh omlette with ingredients you choose. Also the view is amazing. Spa is small, but there is everything you need. So, it is a great bonus! And what my friend told me - no screaming kids around. :D Also, location is perfect - you can walk anywhere you want from there. It isn't my first stay here, but this time I found out that they have special table at the lobby for takeaway food - great solution, so wolt and bolt guys don't have to walk around the hotel and find the right person or wait too long. :)

Nice SPA facilities including swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna and steam room. Towels and robes are complimentary, in April it was not crowded at all. Water in swimming pool was a bit cold. Room was nice, spacious, clean. Shower and bathtub in the bathroom. Nice steak restaurant, a bit pricey though.

20 min to the old town. We stayed there in April, had still winter temperatures so it was a long walk for us. In good weather could probably cycle or rent an e scooter.

Breakfast was very nice, caters to every possible need, kids especially liked the pancakes with maple syrup. The facilities were very good nice sauna and steam room, swimming pool was nice although little on the small side. Room was nice, comfortable and very clean again all the necessary items were provided for a comfortable stay I liked the view over the park, we could see the ferries from our room too.

there was a issue with the a/c on the first night which caused the room to be very hot and uncomfortable, it was checked immediately as soon as it was reported and fixed. It would have been nice if the lounge/bar downstairs was open to get a drink on the back

laundry service delivery was quoted as being external to hotel service and 2 days, delivered same day as requested. top marks

was unable to leave room until after 6pm then there was no cleaning service to redo my room. A frequent travelers hotel room is his base camp away from office and home, unacceptable that there was no one to make the bed and clean the bathroom after 6pm. Also breakfast room manager with menacing look, a welcoming smile in the morning is always a plus.: kicked us out of breakfast at 10.30 am sharp

nice and clean in the senter of the city, nice spa and good choice for breakfast. big rooms with a great view.

limited information about capacities for example how to adjust the air condition in the room and how to contact the reception from the room. really bad 2 days experience at breakfast at the omelette station: bad food, arrogant service and bad service. but was great when Evgenij was taking over! additional toilet paper was not delivered to the room so we needed to go to the toilet at the lobby the departure day.

The bedroom was very comfortable. I had a lovely view, with Tallinn old town in the distance. The shower was also very nice and it was handy to have a kettle to make tea. The buffet breakfast was good, there was a great selection of both hot & cold foods. The pool and spa were also great, very clean and staff were very helpful. The showers in the changing room were fabulous! Overall I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated a slightly later checkout time when I was leaving.

There is a limited selection on the restaurant’s dinner menu and it’s a pity that the bar area in the lobby wasn’t open for snacks/drinks.
