Everything eg. The room with nice view. The Location next to Inter-marche, Pharmacy, Restaurant, Train Station, close to a big green park.. The staff was very helpful and smiling all the time. Mrs Alba and the team, thank you for being so professional. Wishing all the success. I will come back again for sure.

Nothing.

Close to the Rer, which takes you straight to the Eiffel Tower in under 15’. Apartment was furnished with a small but well equipped kitchen, had one separate bedroom with a nice balcony facing the Intermarche and a pullout couch in the living room, where our six year old slept well. Clean bathroom with nice toiletries. Liked the area around the hotel, only the restaurants were disappointing. There’s a nice boulangerie 2’ away from the hotel that’s open from 7 am and has nice pastries. The staff was curteous and helpful. We’ll come back next time we’re in FR.

I’m 1.65m tall and I had to get up on a chair to reach the plates and glassware in the kitchen. The door lock system is faulty, it almost never worked smoothly, it’d be a great improvement to change it. Walls were thin and we were kept awake until 1:30 am by neighbours on one of the 3 nights spent there.

Friendly staff. Enough and more complementary munchines. Facility to refill water from a water filter, to reduce plastic litter. Right opposite a very pretty island of St. Germain. A tram stop located "next" door. Plenty of "local" shops - like a bakery, grocery store, florist etc, within 100 ft of the hotel.

We are used to (in other hotels where we've stayed before) being provided with a dog bed and a dog bowl when we request to accommodate our pet - not here. Although, public transport is in theory very close by, it is a tiny bit inconvenient. We reserved a room for 3 people, but there were only 2 towels, 2 slippers and 2 bathrobes. We did get the extra one when we asked for it. Parking at the nearby Indigo parking was a bit flakey - the access cards never worked and the indigo staff were not always available over the intercom - apparently the system being "overhauled" during our stay.

Perfect location for Roland Garros.

No net at windows, and if you do not like air conditioning you need to stay with the window open as it is too hot inside. But then you will have mosquitos inside.

Plenty of space. Cold water at reception. Nice body products as gift on arrival. Near island in the Seine where you can walk. Plenty of restaurants within short walking distance. Really close to tram stop.

Shower over bath. Not close to tourist attractions but easy to get to on public transport.

The area where it’s located. The staff was very helpful and always there to answer any question you may have. Room was confortable as well my bed. Delicious breakfast every day, same options as well. The park close to the hotel is a great option for a walk, running or even just sit down and relax. The super market just in front of the hotel is a big plus… it has everything! Also a couple of very good restaurants within walking distance and the train station just around the corner.

Staff were very helpfull, excellent location for families, parking at a reasonable price, cooking facilities at the apartment and a coffee machine was a bonus. Very clean! Very nice supermarket next door with fresh produce, seafood ...

We were a family of 4 but only had 2 towels.

The hotel area is near to restaurant,park, grocery store and playground.

When we arrived from a 21 hrs. flight the reception did not let us go directly to the room instead we are waiting for long in the reception to make payments. And normally we pay the last day of hotel reservation but this is unexpected hotel rules and the situation with my 2 yrs old daughter crying plus 9 luggages to manage. I need to requests to give me time to call my US bank to activate my card so I can pay and we can rest in the room. A little consideration or sympathy will be appreciated specially arriving from a long flight!

Rooms were really clean and spacious. The kitchenette is great option to cool the drinks and cheese, but I can't imagine preparing there bigger meals (even though it is very good equipped), as there is no space to sit and eat for 4 people. Really great location- train station is walking distance from the hotel and just opposite from building is market with everything you may need. I would recommend that hotel!

We don't mind but I can imagine that for some people the noise from the street could be a problem. No place to eat a meal.
