Residhome Paris-Massy

The location was phenomenal...only a few minutes' walk from the Massy-Palaiseau train station, as well as numerous restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores. I thought it would take a long time to get into the Paris city center, but we made the trip daily in just 25-35 minutes, and Versailles was even closer. The pool (nice and warm), hot tub (nice and hot), and sauna were all exceptional, and my whole family appreciated having robes provided for us to wear to the pool area.

The rooms are cramped with five people. I think any room that has to have both sofa beds in use would be cramped. Even with this space issue and only having one bathroom for so many people, I would book here again. The value is incredible.

Good mattress and sheets, efficient clean room with a bath and a kitchenette with more than I needed. But the combination of sauna and pool was the cherry on the cake. I arrived late and very tired and left the next day relaxed and revived after a swim and a good breakfast. Well done team I will be back

2 simple and easy things to fix:. 1. coming from overseas I didn’t know how to call reception so I had to leave the room and walk back to reception to ask. 2. Didn’t realise I had a bath suit and house shoes for the pool in my room so I had to go back to my room to pick them up. + I had to go back to reception to ask to turn on the sauna as I didn’t know beforehand

Nice location and property was very clean. swimming pool was open.

The deposit money 250 euro should be given on same day while checking out. I am still waiting for deposit amount even after a month. I am still following up with Hotel and hope to get my money back soon. otherwise there was not at all issue during stay.

accommodations were great.

We were there in the middle of April. The room was warm but the air conditioner system was it turned on yet. We had to keep the window open all night and hear street noise throughout the night.

Kingsize bed, nice swimming pool and whirlpool both included in the price, great location, many restaurants (thais streetfood) nearby

Paid parking not mentioned via Booking. Room was not ready when we arrived (15.00u). 250eur deposit reserved on creditcard for many days, no reply via email on this questions. But overall really nothing to complain about.

Large room with kitchen. The kitchen could do with an extractor fan but never the less was operational. Location is convenient and near the station. All in all a good experience.

As there was no free parking as we arrived we were unaware where to park until we had access to the garage. A spot for arriving customers to park until the check-in sorted would be good.

The place is clean, staff are welcoming and SPA is something special . My kids enjoy it alot. Definatelly will come again and I higlhy recommend.

Hotel location in Massy is perfect , thank you to Ms Strade and Mr Omar from the front desk they were very helpful. Only one of the front desk staff was not friendly and did argue with me in a bothering way.

Reaching late it was nice to find snacks coffe and tea waiting in the room all of very good quality .

The plastic protection under the sheets! Horrible!

The room and the pool - Both. Room was quite large for two persons. View was pretty good. The pool was also quite enjoyable.

Nothing that I can mention. Everything was good and comfortable
