Tulip Inn Massy Palaiseau - Residence

Its location and value for money is very good. It you are commuting to Saclay Paris for work this is an excellent location, and it also close to Gare du Palaiseau.

The information provided by different staff members at reception was not coherent. So had to ask more than one person to clarify things. The proper supermarkets are a bit far, and not within walking distance, but one stop away by bus and also by train.

Unbeatable location close to RER B. Comfortable room, big bed, having two desks/tables is very convinient, all needed to cook and eat, fridge.

The previous heavily smoking guests left a strong smell of smoke that wasn't good at all

Really affordable place. The rooms are spacious and clean. They provide you with all the necessary amenities. Friendly staff. Breakfast was a buffet and it was quite simple. But it was filling you—just about 6min walk from the nearest RER train station. You can find a lot of restaurants within walk in distance and it was really helpful when you need some extra meal.

Well, nothing much actually. But we stayed there for 3 nights and they did not clean our room or provide new towels at all. May be they do only if we ask for it. Not sure. However, this is far from the central Paris city attractions. It will take up to 50min to reach Eiffel and other Paris city center attractions. If you are about to use public transportation be mindful with it. But if you have a vehicle I would say this is a perfect affordable hotel.

large family room with balcony is modern, blinders that protect from noise outside and make it really nice dark at night. Airco and kitchenette is handy. Garage were we could load our electric car (it is not a standard loader so don't forget to take your own cable with you) Friendly receptionist (compliment to Evaye, she is very helpful and speaks very good English) large shopping mall not very far by car from the location

unfortunately corridors are very dirty and smelly, that should be improved to make the whole impression of hotel much better cigarette found on the balcony,

The room was exceptional. Had a very comfortable bed. Very spacious room. We loved it. Tulip inn is by the road. Just few minutes walk to Massy train station.. And Massy Palaiseau station is like 15-20minutes walk depending on your speed. There's a bus which goes there. This station can take you straight to Paris.. There's also a nearby hotel..

The kitchen lacked few essentials. One saucepan wasn't reasonable for me. However I request for another one I got it. The shops are abit far.

the rooms were very smart and comfortable and the staff were very amazing and very helpful. Especially the two Senegalese the lady and gentleman (forget their names) they would go out of their way and forever smiling.

the cleaning schedule if it can be changed so the rooms are cleaned more frequently during the week.

Perfect location close to RER and to 91.06 bus stop

Our stay was very pleasant. The studio was spacious enough and had all the necessary and advertised facilities. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful when needed.

Rooms are fully equipped, stuff on reception is very welcoming and professional, residence is near RER. Very tasty Japanese restaraunt opposite the residence. And amazing scent of aromatizer in the building!

The staff was fantastic. So helpful and professional, friendly and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend their service. Merci beaucoup.

The air conditioner didn't work well and the room was rather warm and the shower was a little slimy Other wise our stay was fantastic. The staff was so polite and professional.
