Liked it especially as I had to move from a previously terrible one Loved the fact that you could do some cooking also Loved the ambience and the facility ( kitchen utensils may need upgrading though)

Well nothing that was their fault , I'd have preferred something closer to the city but the train network was very good really a single train to and fro the CDG airport, then a 9min walk to the hotel , it's at the outskirts but takes you about 50mins to get to places like the Louvre The bed could be a tad higher for taller folks but like I said that's personal

Excellent location, close to RER B station Palaiseau, taken about 30 min to get to Paris. Bus stops 91-10, 91-06 across the street, very convenient for those who need to go to ENSTA, Ecole Polythechnique. Kitchen equipped with all necessities, including coffee machine. Close to the commercial area, where you can find excellent bakeries, super market Franprix, small cafes, etc...

This property is ideally located for anyone visiting the the Institut Polytechnique de Paris campus. Our Executive Studio with terrace , had a wonderful view of this commune - with great vantage points for viewing both sunrise and sunset. The studio was comfortable and neat. The reception staff were cordial, professional and were very response to all our queries and requests. The facilities available ( Laundromat, gym (with sauna) ) were excellent. The hotel is just one bus top away from Gare de Massy-Palaiseau - so getting to Paris was a breeze too. We would definitely be back !

Nice furnished apart-hotel, perfect for a short or longer stay in Palaiseau, supermarket located at 15' by foot and a few restaurants just around the block, bus staiton is just 1' away from hotel, RER and TGV stations are standing at less than a km from the place.

A pub or a bar is missing near by the hotel, no place for a relax night with friends and colleagues, but hotel offers some drinks and snacks. Room fridge is a bit too noisy, can be bothering during the quite nights, and no good curtains to stop the public street lights.

Really good value - everything I needed. The apartment had all cooking utensils and fridge/freezer plus micro/wave and hob, en suite shower/toilet. Launderette downstairs. Offer of a cooked breakfast (extra) with outdoor seating. Sports area. My room was bigger than I expected. Nice bright room with a good view.

Smoke alarms going off and not being warned beforehand this would happen. Other residents knew about this so did not respond - I went down in pyjamas in middle of night - and was advised to ignore. I asked "but what if it was a real fire?" Staff replied "Oh then we know it's for real and will go up on all floors and shout - ITS A REAL FIRE ?? !! There were notices in the lift about fines for setting off the smoke alarm, so I could have read this on the way up I suppose - but I am still unsure of their fire safety arrangements. Also the window on the 4th floor should have been barred. Easy for a person to open fully and climb on chair and jump out.

Room was comfortable, clean, well designed. Staff was friendly. Easy luggage storage.

Fire alarms went off twice during the night

Location is very good. It's easy to get to the city centre by RER B train from the station which is just 8 min walk from the hotel. It takes 54 or 45 min depends on Your destination. You can use weekly Navigo card from the app but it works just for Android phone otherwise you must buy a T+ ticket from the ticket machine for €1.90 single. I would not recommend using taxi , it's too much expensive and getting to the heart of Paris by car takes longer.

Waiting for my deposit 😁 after check out. Overall it was a brilliant experience.

everything is good, bed is quite comfortable, room is light and rather spacious, main necessaries in the kitchen, otherwise ask at the reception. you can book sauna for 1 hour for personal use as well. Good location: RER stations 10 or 15 mins by foot

there are some problems with the fire alarms which started to make horrible sounds several times per night. either some of the clients are smoking or the system needs to be checked.

The personnel was helpful and good english speakers so it was easy to communicate. The room was clean and comfortable. It even had a kitchenette with everything you may need. Even wine glasses :) The location of the hotel is good in case of public transportation, just outside there is a bus station.

The breakfast was not satisfactory and there were very limited choices in the buffet. There are not any bakeries or good restaurants nearby the hotel.

It was close to train station in a working class neighborhood. it served the purpose of a place to sleep. The kitchenette had equipment to make simple dinner and breakfast. Supermarket is down the street about 1 km.

If you want to park your car in garage, you have to go around the block. google maps will tell you you have arrived at the front entrance. the garage is at the back. it is one lane and traffic is high on this street.
