Staff is super friendly, and happy to help with anything. Very simple and practical rooms. The bathroom is super new and modern though. Great location, being only 15min walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. It was easy and close to the grounds while I was in town for the Longines Global Champion Tour, and I would stay here again.

Walls are very thin; you can hear television as well as conversations of your neighbours. Also keep in mind, there's no lift or such thing, so you will have to take the stairs to your room every day. Which was fine with me, but just an FYI :)

staff: super friendly we arrived very late at night as there was a delay in our plane schedule and we were greeted with a smiling face by the receptionist he was super kind and helpful room: spacious and clean it's not a luxury hotel so don't expect a fancy bedsheets or decoration bathroom: I was surprised the bathroom was big clean and had great bright lighting location: from the hotel you need 5 min walk to reach the metro which is very convenient

the place is a bit noisy in the morning as the rooms are not soundproofed we personally didn't have an issue with that as we were planning on waking up early anyway

The hotel was really great! The location was great, only a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and very close to the metro starting. The owner was amazing and really goes out of his way to help you out. We were on the top floor, there are stairs and no elevator which is fine (if you are able). The room was comfortable, the bathroom was modern! We would definitely stay again!

The bathroom had hot water, amenities (soap, shampoo) and towels. The room cleaning service was good and it was performed daily. Towels were also changed daily. The room had adequate heating and we were able to adjust the level of heating. We didn't have any kettles to heat up water, but the owner was kind enough to provide hot water from the restaurant in the basement. Good location close to the Commerce Metro Station on Line 8.

No elevator to reach the upper floors. The bedroom had marginally enough space.

The hotel is very well located. We were only looking for a hotel with a simple and clean room and bathroom, this expectation was met. Even they cleaned the room on a daily bases and changed the towels etc. to be hones I didn't expected that. The staff was friendly. We got a room at the top, and we had full moon which we could see from our bed at the roof window. Decent and good place.

For the price we payed I didn't had big expectation, and all of them were exceeded. I don't have anything bad I could mention here. The bathroom sometimes had bad smell, but when that occurred I just closed the bathroom door.

Near by Metro station and Eiffel tower. The staff is very kind, we came at this hotel very earlier than check in time, but the staff gave us our room. There is a nice Algiers restaurant at the ground floor. There are many coffee shops surrounding at the area

Inside was authentic french and really clean, room was cleaned and changed every day, couldn’t hear the restaurant at all

No built in air con but expected, a fan was provided in the room which was good so no complaints

It was located atop a restaurant that was Algerian food, Couscous! The food was phenomenal 😋 and priced affordable. The property was super close to the Paris tube, Commerce station. The neighborhood had other stores and good shopping for anything you need or want.

Stairs. The only negative! Its not very Handicap accessible.

Location is perfect. And inside? I love a simple style, Very nice classic old style. They do not pretend anything any play any Parisian super fancy styles. If you want to visit a place where you return to the past, come here. I LOVED THAT!!!

If they can put a electric fan would be awesome because it was hot at night but overall our atay here was amazing. The housekeeping was polite and clean the room very well. The reception was accomodating.
