Au Pacific Hotel

The location. Close to Tou Eiffel, caffes, restaurants, bloulangeries, etc. Big clean room.

We had a booking reservation for 2 rooms, for 4 adults. At the reception they saw we have also 3 kids with us. (4-8 y old). They said that the rooms are for two persons and that we are seven persons. The manager came and explained that for safety reasons they can’t allow us to stay 2 adults and a 6 y old kid in a room for two persons. They gave us as only solution to take a third room. We didn’t have a choice. In the end we shared and paid three rooms. Two of them could perfectly accomodate 2 adults and one/two kids. Our room, for example had a big double bad and two suplimentary beds. We thought it was pretty unfair to pai for a third room.

Very good location for Paris sightseeing, wonderful bakery just around the corner, also a great market near by. Close to Eiffel Tower and metro station - Dupleix. Room was not big but enough for sleeping after whole day of walking. Hairdryer included as well as towels. Room was warm and the neighbourhood of the hotel felt very very safe 😊 Very nice people at the reception ! We recommend this hotel :)

The hotel is situated in a perfect location, it´s a quite street yet there are so many restaurants and shops around. 10-15min walk to the Eiffel Tower, good metro stations nearby. Room was really small but always clean. Friendly staff. If we ever come back to Paris we’ll probably choose this hotel again for our stay.

Beds were kind of small and there was no AC only a fan so it could be a problem in a hot summer night. But these are just small things we really didn’t care about.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. My room was very clean. I had a small balcony which was great because I could open the large glass doors. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was simple but enough and good value. Close to the Eiffel Tower and Metro. Two supermarkets close by and many choices for eating out. On my second stay the hotel kindly gave me an upgraded room as the street front was a little noisy for me when the doors were opened when sleeping. I think the hotel was good value for money considering this was Paris.

A fridge would have been good

Good location. Very close to Eiffel Tour. Close to Metro 6 (5 min) and 8 (10 min). They remodeled the place. So it is very clean. Very friendly staff. This is a family run business. Remi (fifth generation owner) was very friendly and helpful. Will come back again if we visit Paris again. We stayed one week in September. Free filtered water dispenser is available. Free coffee, chocolate, etc machine is available at the dining room.

The location was great, shuttle buses very frequently from the hotel to the resort. The breakfast was plentiful, the staff were very friendly. The rooms were very spacious and the beds comfortable. We had pizza at the hotel and it was absolutely fine, lots of negative reviews but it served a purpose! The kids loved the pool, we could sit and have a coffee or wine and watch them having brilliant fun.

Overall the hotel could do with a 'freshen up', it's not dirty but a little tired & this is evident in the hall carpet, skirting boards and doors. The luggage storage is a brilliant idea when it's working however this wasn't the case but the receptionist was excellent when we needed the matter resolved.

The hotel is very close to public transportation and about a 10 minute walk to the Eifel tower. Restaurants, Bars, souvenir shops and bakeries are nearby. Hotel is located on a quite road next to a main road. Hotel Staff was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. Check in and out went smooth. Room was okay from the size and had a queen bed. Bathroom was surprisingly very nice with a big shower, enough & clean towels and there was a hair dryer as well

-doors are loud when closing (squeak noice) which woke us up in the night/ morning when neighbors shut their door -small elevator, but wasn’t bad since we were only 2 people -if you’re looking for Eifel tower view this hotel is facing away from the Eifel tower

Close to the metro in a very quiet area of Paris with lots of little bakeries and restaurants, you can walk to Eiffel Tower. The hotel is great for short stays and the staff is very attentive and professional. Sophie at the front desk was very helpful and always happy to answer all of our questions/request.

No air conditioning

Very basic but lovely and pleasant hotel,friendly and helpful staff .In a very good location, we would definitely stay there again. Lots of restaurants, bars, and metro stops nearby. Plenty of bakers and supermarkets to choose your snacks and drinks from in the vicinity. Thank you for a very pleasant stay

Nothing to not like we knew the rooms could be on the small side but were good enough and spotlessly clean for somewhere to have as a base ..

The location of the hotel is superb, walking distance to Eiffel Tower and metro stations, the hotel was always clean, the staff were all very approachable and made the stay enjoyable. For value of money this hotel offered everything we needed, cleanliness, comfort and a good location to sightsee / enjoy Paris.

The breakfast didn’t have many choices only croissant/pain au chocolat - fruits, meats&cheeses, and more drinks selection would improve it. A full length mirror in the bedroom would improve the room.
