The place in 15e arrondissement, the clean and spacious room for Paris standards, side view on the Eiffel Tower from our room window.

The walls are a little thin but this is normal in Paris. We could sleep anyway.

The Hotel is really easy to find and in a great location not only for walking to many sites but for public transport, metro etc. There are lots of local bakers, pastries with friendly staff and the Hotel has brilliant staff very helpful. My room was nice and clean with crisp fresh sheets and bath towels - not a huge room but enough for me, similarly the ensuite bathroom was clean and tidy but getting in/out the shower might be difficult for some people. Overall a Great stay and good value for money

The en-suite was a little small and the shower could be difficult for some people to get in/out of.

All Receptionists are very welcoming and were always there to support us day or evening. We needed to change the room type which was not appropriate for a family of 3 people so she has kindly accommodate us to a better room,thank you very very much for this we slept so well after walking all Paris.Rooms are very small but clean and bed is so comfortable,breakfast was good but you have to be there 1st thing in the morning to get all options and sitting area very small,my child preferred to eat in the room.Thank you very much for all your kindness and hospitality.

I wish we could have heating access so we could put the temperature a bit higher.Thank you.

Don’t get me wrong, this is a budget hotel so you shouldn’t expect too much but actually we were pretty impressed. There’s a 24hr receptionist. The bed was really comfortable, the shower was amazing, so warm. There’s a really cute courtyard that was just outside our room. we stayed in March so it was quite cold but I can imagine sitting out there with a morning cuppa in the summer. We can’t comment on the breakfast facilities because we went out for breakfast with friends. It is a bit of a walk to the nearest tube but plenty to see on the walk. There’s a beautiful bistro literally right outside.

I always like to have coffee/tea facilities in my room.

Location was amazing. It only took us 20 mins to walk to the Eiffel Tower and there are 3 metro stations all within close proximity to the hotel. Lots of little bars and restaurants nearby too which all looked quite nice. We found all of the staff very friendly too. Rooms were pretty clean.

Noise isolation isn’t the best but we didn’t find it disturbed our sleep too much at all! It is also normal for Paris so really can’t complain!

Nice, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast was enough, not too many things but really it covered us. Pleasant and friendly staff! It's a small hotel but we liked it a lot! Next to the hotel,there is a lovely confectionery shop with delicious desserts. And opposite there is a great pub, we enjoyed a happy hour with beers in the afternoon.

I didn't realise the walking distance from the metro, but after the first time walking it again, it was ok! Not so far after all!

very convenient location. you can go for a walk to the Eiffel Tower on foot, you can get to any point by metro. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants around. in the morning it is enough to go outside and buy everything that your soul desires for breakfast, so there is no point in buying breakfast at the hotel

the rooms are small, but this is kind of normal for Paris, but keep in mind that even a double bed is not very suitable for two. The total width is 150 m, this is indicated when booking a hotel, I just did not pay attention.

lama ing location - 20 min walking to the Eiffel tour; supermarket 2 steps away; very close to the subway (about 7 min walking) ; small restaurant downstairs. The hotel looks like it was used quite a lit but it is clean. Our room was comfortable, well equipped (we had a mini fridge that was very handy); the bed was big and comfy - we could sleep 2 grownups and a 8 years old in our bed and no need for an extra bed (even if we initially asked for it). We had a small bathtub that we appreciated for a well deserved foam bath after 15 km walking daily. The ladies in the reception are very nice. also we could leave out luggage after checkout, till very late in the evening.

location was near a metro, restaurants just outside the building, in a very nice area and very near Tour Eiffel. Breakfast room bit small, but still OK. Breakfast was good but not of large choice, again still very good with fresh baguettes and croissants, variety of cheese, ham, yogurts, fruit, biscuits, juice. coffee, ...

clean rooms, comfortable bed and very friendly staff. we used the stairs but there is an elevator and the local food options were decent. the area is close to many attractions and the metro is close by. the fresh fruit and local cheese, butcher and bakery’s nearby are amazing!

As is the case for Europe the room was small but very comfortable. The shower is tiny but worked well, a larger person may find it uncomfortable.
