Hôtel Thérèse

We spent two nights in this hotel. Unfortunately the first night the A/C in the entire building was not working! But the front staff were courteous, helpful with all requests (provided a fan for the room, made dining reservations, called a cab and gave us recommendations for walking routes and places to dine. The staff focused on making a bad situation bearable and the A/C was fixed the second night. A discount on the rate for the room was offered, I did not have o ask for that!! Rooms were very clean, shower was awesome and the street noise was minimal I would recommend this hotel to all.

Of course would have preferred working A/C but I appreciated the efforts make to make this bad situation the best it could be!

The location is in walking distance from the Louvre, downtown Paris. The Pyramides and Opera Garnie metro stations are nearby. Breakfast was very good. There was a problem with the water supply in our room and it was fixed the next day. The hotel manager reimbursed us one of the two nights. We also found a bottle of champagne a note apologising for the inconvenience. This is exceptional customer service.

The room was a bit small for four people but that is to be expected for a hotel in that area. Nothing other than that.

The breakfast was very good. Fresh baked goods, cheeses, fruit, yogurt. What I love to eat for breakfast. They served eggs and other items I did not eat.

I did not like the weight of the blanket on the bed. I asked for a lighter blanket after I woke up from a deep sleep burning up from the the heavy bedding. After I asked for a lighter blanket I was instructed to make my room cooler, but it was did help. A lighter blanket would had helped me sleep through the night and saved the hotel on energy costs.

The location is amazing , you can walk to many nice restaurants and shops, the hotel is very clean, organized and the stuff is very friendly …

i got a room on the first floor with the window for a garden, no view on this floor, witch makes the room very dark and it was missing a full body mirror ! the bathroom was extremely hot and noisy , it seems that it was above of a machine room , I left my creams there and all was hot and melting ! but I it seems that was a problem in my room as my cousin got a room in front of mine and hers had not the same problem ! i told the reception about the problem …

This has been my “go to” boutique hotel in Paris for some years. It is good to return to find it as welcoming as before. It is not conventional which is part of its charm. The location is convenient with many good restaurants in easy walking distance, as are many of the sights. Had an upgrade which is always welcome. Staff helpful .

It makes the most of itself. This is not a flash modern hotel but interesting and comfortable. So for what it offers there is nothing I don’t like.

Spent 6 nights at Hôtel Thérèse and had a wonderful stay. Room was small but very comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Amazing restaurants and everything I could want within walking distance. Easy to get to the Metro. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and secure. Highly recommend. I will return.

I love the friendly helpful staff. It feels family run. The location is AMAZING Fantastic restaurants and shopping at your doorstep. it’s quiet. some of the rooms are tiny but still very very cosy and comfortable. The beds and bedding is feels wonderful. i feel that the small rooms are a lil pricey for what they are though. they put on on a free tea, coffee and spread every teatime which is cute!

A gorgeous boutique hotel that felt like a wonderful sanctuary to come home to after a busy day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this property for its comfort, and attention to the little details like an Easter gift left in my room. All the staff were welcoming and attended to all requests promptly. I would stay at Hotel Therese again.

the hotel is in downtown , the nearest station is Pyramid , which is just one stop away from Interchange Station , Chartelet. The room was very clean , cost with most amenities provided , including Wi-Fi , kettle , shower cream ,Shampoo..

the room was a big small but this is the standard size of a hotel room. breakfast could have had more options that would be really great !!

Amazing location. Very friendly staff. Great rooms (big, for Paris) with air conditioning. Really enjoyed it.

Nothing we didn't like - only note that it is older on the inside (and of course the outside, along with every other building in Paris). Gives it a great, authentic feel, but it has not been refurbished in a while.
