Lovely, quiet hotel in unbeatable location. Easy walk to many sights, accessible to public transit. Bright, quirky decor. They offer filtered water & reusable glass water bottles in the breakfast lounge. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, as there was an amazing coffee shop close by, but the offerings looked excellent.

Nothing really — it met our needs beautifully. Some might complain that the rooms are small, but ours had everything we needed (coffee maker, good shower, enough storage).

Arrived at the hotel around 8.30am after a 30 hour journey from NZ. The hotel manager offered me a room immediately with early check-in saying I must be tired and needed a rest. Great hospitality, thank you! Location is great, walking distance to all the Paris iconic sites including the Eiffel tower, Louvre, Montmarte, Le Marais neighborhood. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby.

Room is compact but I was aware of the size from the website. I only had a medium-sized suitcase, which was fine.

All staff were consistently attentive, responsive, helpful, and genuine. Complimentary coffee 24/7. Location near a parking garage and two breaths from the Louvre. The plumbing fixtures are high quality, adore the lights in the shower. Toiletry products smell nice and clean. Room temperature easy to control, excellent air conditioning. Cleanliness excellent. Ample room in safe and sufficient standard hangers (not the kind without a hook) for one person on a short stay.

For the level of the rest of the hotel, the bath towels are too small and too thin. :-( The peppy and pattern-intensive decor is very well done, just a bit busy for my taste. Why so many lights on the tiny desk? Desklamp had a frayed cord. It's a very small workspace and super-cluttered. The retro green phone goes with the look, but takes up far too much space for its limited utility.

Location very centeral. Staff very friendly we especially interacted with Lorene & Didier ♡ Our room was the cutest 😍 and we found a huge pink/red heart with flower petals on bed. They made an effort. Room was spacious considering how small the rooms in Paris. Elevator is available.

Shower, toilet and sink all seperate takes some getting used to. There was no laundry service. No irioning board. Door had no lock. No option to partially open the windows except fully open them. Tea/coffee mugs were tooo small to drink in.

- Great design - High quality products (L’occcitane) - Good use of space in room - Comfortable - Fun chalkboard walls in the elevator - Staff on dury when I picked up my suitcase was very friendly and offered me a free and pastry while waiting

- Very pricey but seems to be common in the area - Check in and check out are not very fast and efficient, staff on duty were a bit inexperienced it seemed - I was told to send my company details to the wrong email address (of the other Hotel Crayon)

Property was exceptionally located. So central and close to numerous great restaurants and shops. We loved being so close to everything. The staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful. Special shout out to Didier who was an absolute delight. Friendly, helpful, perfect front of house.

The room was lovely, very clean and we loved the shower but it was rather small. Also, I hate when a double bed is just two singles pushed together and you can feel it.

A great location for a hotel in this price bracket, close to the river, the Louvre and the amazing Montorgueil dining precinct. The staff are fluent in English and very friendly and helpful. Our room looked onto an internal light well so not a very exciting view, but very quiet.

The room itself was really small, only big enough for a bedside table on 1 side which was fine for us for 1 night but I think a couple would want a bit more space for a longer stay.

A lovely quirky boutique hotel with great staff. Breakfast was excellent. And we were able to bring in our own picnic dinner and eat in the kitchen. Close to the Louvre and Rue St. Honoré. Rooms are small, but it’s Paris, so who spends time in their hotel room? Great cafés and restaurants near by.

Location and cleanliness of room and facilities excellent. Staff really good. Fantastic area to eat with so many excellent bistro’s.

Breakfast a little basic and often the plates and cutlery were not as clean as could be. Therefore it did put us off eating there.

the best location, one of the biggest rooms I’ve been to in Paris (we lived on the top floor), everything is stylish, nice toiletries from L’Occitane en Provance

I guess normally this room would have been much more expensive, but we had just one night in the middle of the week and there was a discount so we could afford. That being said, the regular price without promotion would be the only downside :)
