+ location: 3 min walk to 2 metro stations, lots of shops and cafes around + fresh condition of the room: new linen, towels. New bathroom equipment + reasonable price for this location and room condition + hot water always available, central heating + friendly and helpful staff We got exactly what we expected: small simple room with everything needed for a short vacation in Paris.

- tricky situation with heating: when heater is on it's very hot and dry in the room; without heater it gets cold under quite a thin blanket (I'm used to sleeping at 24-25°C) - expect street noise, but it was not too loud for me, I slept quite well. - no shelf in the shower for soap, shampoo, etc

- nice location - friendly staff - the room was clean, equipped with towels and toiletries

- you hear everything from the rooms around you - the rooms are very very small, but this is something that is mentioned in the description already.

Location is really good, it's near the Montmartre, 30 minutes walk, the infrastructure and liveliness of the district is high. The size of room is pretty big enough. Room is very clean and fresh renovated. Stairs are pretty wide in such type of old buildings. And of course price is really budget.

Despite the budget price I really expected better facilities: electric kettle, cups, hair drier, blanket, but there wasn't. Also the faucet was leaking in bathroom. And also noise from the street, but we knew it when booked and in summer time it could be big problem to sleep with open window.

Staff was nice. Good value for money.

The room was pretty small, and that was uncomfortable.

Adequate accommodation for the price. Friendly personnel, clean bed and bathroom, wifi worked fine, hotel in a good location in "the 17th" not far from two metro stations, just off a busy street with bars and restaurants. No air-conditioning but a fan which made us sleep fine on this warm weekend in September..

Nowhere to put your suitcase of bag (room was not very large) No breakfast possibilities, but plenty of choice close to the hotel.

The hotel is definitely a great value for money place. We only need a base for showering and sleeping as we spent all day and evening out sightseeing and dining. The rooms are basic but do the job, they are clean and spacious enough and really could not do enough for us, constantly asking if everything was okay and if we needed anything else. The rooms do not have air con but if you ask they staff they will happily provide cooling fans. Location is great as plenty of places for food/drink nearby and the Metro station is a few minutes walk so access to all tourist attractions was easy and cheap (day pass was about 7.50 euro).

Nothing - as expected.

Excellent location, close enough to get anywhere by metro in half an hour. Shops and bistros around where you can have a breakfast. The room was clean and sufficiently sized, including a small table with chair. Stayed for four days. I left my luggage with them and took it back in the afternoon before I left the city.

Difficult to sleep with the windows open, as the room was located towards the street. I think that should be a usual problem in Paris though. Windows have good sound isolation, so it was no problem in the end.

It's what you expect, a really small room, but it's enough for one or a few nights and everything looked really modern and clean. You get towels, soap and shampoo, but there's no hair dryer in the room, although you might get one if you ask at the front desk, I don't know about that.

While I expected it to be small, the shower was too small to the point where I changed the heat setting with my butt when turning around.

Location is good. 2 metro stations near and also an RER stop. Close to a few shops and bakeries. Staff was nice, but english is not their best. Late check in possible.

3rd floor without an elevator on a very narrow staircase. It is above a burger joint so all the smells from there are coming to your room.

The location is not far from the metro station, the staff is friendly, the room is small, clean, but extremely noisy due to the co-occupants. In Nearby you have restaurants, cafes and cafe pubs. But I am satisfied, for solid money I recommend it.

The disadvantage is that there is no air conditioning in the room, in the summer it is unpleasant. The auxiliary fan is noisy and useless. The bed is small in length if the person is tall.
