Best Western Plus Opéra Batignolles

Great location, friendly, super clean, and quiet. Very convenient for metro and buses. 25 mins walk (approx) either to Arc de Triomphe or Sacre Coeur. Really lovely area of Paris, some lovely local independent shops and restaurants, area feels safe, recommended for either business or family travel. Despite my (hopefully constructive) feedback below, would definitely recommend and consider staying again.

i had booked a room specifically with three single beds, when we arrived, the room was made up as a king size and a single. I had to be quite assertive in order to have this changed, this would have been difficult if I did not speak fluent French in order to negotiate. I was not impressed with the coffee making facilities in the room (nespresso machine) I would prefer a kettle. I was shocked to find that even tea/coffee in the room was chargeable! the beds were a little soft, and the was only one hook on which to hang wet towels. a towel rail should be provided.

Fantastic location, close to metro, plenty of restaurants, and cafes within 2 minute walk. Good breakfast buffett, very good internet connection, air conditioning works well. Clean rooms, with very comfortable bed.

Besides Tessa, and Amir which were both very kind, helpful and accomodating, we found the remaining front desk staff not very helpful. The houskeeping needs to be more diligent in emptying the garbage and topping up ALL toiletries.

I liked the location. The XVIIth arrondissement is a much more authentic area than the busy downtown. The restaurants and cafés nearby are great and you can easily get there by metro. There is always access to coffee, water, sparkling water and the honor system for food is a nice touch. Wifi works well. We suggest asking for a room on the top fllow because the hotel is near the train station and could potentially be noisy (though this was not our experience at all. Rather, we slept very week in a comfortale bed, with great A/C). Good size elevator unlike other hotels in Paris, and a decent size room (unlike most hotels in Paris). Great value for money.

Very friendly reception lady upon arrival, also got a free room upgrade. Location is very nice and central (15 minutes biking to Louvre). Room was clean and comfortable. Especially the shower is very good, big rainshower with a modern look. More then enough towels are present in the bathroom.

Breakfast was not really impressive. Especially for the price being charged, which is quite high, you'd expect more of the breakfast. I would suggest more choices in bread, fresh juice instead of concentrates and overall some more choices. Furthermore, the door of room 302 was a bit difficult to close, maybe have a look at it but luckily not something that was super disturbing or so.

The location was very good, we did not know it will be so well placed, close to train and tube stations. Our stay was lovely, the lady at the reception was very helpful, she recommended us local restaurants (gave us a list of these printed); she also advised us on what to visit; helped us to find the best bakery in the area (it was my partners birthday and I wanted to surprise him with a birthday cake). If you are in the area and fancy the best cheese cake please go to Boulangerie Le Pain D'Adam which is only 5 minutes away from the hotel. Last, the beds were so comfortable that my family preferred to spend the afternoon resting instead of exploring Paris.

The location of this hotel was great for us. It took less than 30 minutes by train/ bus to get to the top tourist areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice that our room was ready earlier than anticipated. The room was clean and had was nicely decorated.

The was a slant in the ceiling that made it difficult for my husband to freely move around the room. I even bumped my head a few times and I'm not very tall.

Spacious and very clean room. The location was ok, not so far from the center, very close to the metro station, which was an asset. The staff always helpful. They made up our room every day , offering new towels too. Coffee capsules and tea an extra bonus to start your day before heading out to explore Paris!

Every day the room was cleaned and towels changed. Very nice empolyes, always ready to explain and help. Location is good, 3minutes to metro or bus, close to market and coffee shops. Nice coffee machine in the room. We could let suitcases after check out,to collect later.

Most of the time we got decafe coffe for using in our room, would preffer normal coffee capsul. Wifi is bad, they give you modem(needs to be charged), then it works good.

Very friendly staff, private parking for €25 per night from arrival to check-out (but by asking nicely we were allowed to leave our car in the parking spot a bit longer with no extra charge) We had the smallest room in the hotel, but it was ok for 2 people. Free coffee and tea in the lobby. Didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on it.

the entire room was very damp after showering, but it didn't really bother us

All staff were so friendly and welcoming! The kitchen staff at breakfast were so kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with so much variety. They also had non-pork meat which many restaurants don't include! Room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is close to a metro and bus stop which makes it easy to travel through the city.
