ibis Paris Porte de Clichy Centre

The breakfast was good, the staff were in attendance to add more food every time it became low. The cleaner cleaned the room everyday but didn't change the bedsheet when vividly stained.

I didn't like the fact that they didn't give the right information when asked at the time of booking online. I asked if I could extend my checkout time to 3 Hours later, I was told to arrive and everything will be sorted out at the reception. When I arrived, they said that I will be charged a 50 euro fee for a late checkout and there was no possibility of per hour charge of late check out. It was a disappointment. The bed was standard and we had 1 pillow each for booking of 1 adult and 2 children. The towels were not overly white, it's been used alot and needs replacing. They were just standard towels.

Marvellous sound insulation within the hotel. Could not hear any noise at all in the bedroom. Only 5 minutes to the centre of Paris on line 14 so very easy to get to. Very clean bathroom, great shower and a very comfortable bed.

I could not really complain about anything.

Perfect breakfast with crispy croissants and baguettes, delicious cheese and hot milk for children, helpful stuff. Room was nice, cleaning every day. Location near the metro station and perfect park with a lot of green plants and fun for kids (playground). Road near by hotel is busy, but it is not a problem - room is quiet and everywhere are sidewalks and traffic lights. Reception lobby is equipped with coffee automat (nespresso) and automat for the basic things like toothpaste. We arrived at 2 am (due to plane delay) and there was no problem with check-in.

Extra bed has uncomfortable mattress, but it's for children, they have healthy back. Access card was bad programmed for the first try. But reception fixed it immediately. We had non-smoking room, but there was smell of smoke. It was ok next day after turn on air-conditioning.

The room was facing a busy intersection, but once the window is closed, the sounds were gone :) There is air-conditioning in the room that you can control, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was brightly lit.

The bathroom door cannot be closed. But this was not a problem for me since I was alone in the room. However, it does mean that the bathroom is a bit cold, while you are showering. The location was easy, with bus stops, metro stops etc nearby. But as it is a bit outside of the city center, it takes about 30 mins to go to the center (many metro/bus line changes), which you have to take into account when planning.

We arrived bit early and the reception was very helpful in checking us for the available room. She put us on a priority and we checked-in just after we had breakfast in the property. Room was clean, friendly staffs, safe neighbourhood, generous breakfast, value for money, location is not central but accessible to Metro. Will definitely stay again in this property!

Location is safe and close to public transports like bus and metro. Clean and comfortable... The room is reasonable large enough compare to other Paris hotels. Breakfast could be better anyhow this is not bad with lots of coffee options.

It was really expensive but all Paris hotels were same for weekend just by the end of April. I think it was because of French Cup Final Match against Nantes vs Tolouse.

We liked everything in this hotel. The staff was accommodating. Even though coffee and tea were not free, they offered us complimentary tea and a coffee couple of times during our stay. Amazing people. The location is very close to the Clichy de Porte line M13 and M 14 (it is like 5 min walk to the metro station.) The room size was big enough considering that most of the hotels in Paris offer tiny rooms. I would suggest this hotel to everyone. Clean, value for money, close to the metro, nearby good restaurants(there is one just outside-NEARBY THE DOOR, Mamma mia!)

good access to RER C and metro lines. 10-15 mins walk to the train stations. Breakfast is ok. good clean rooms. We stayed for 4 nights and our room is cleaned and serviced every day. Good hot shower. Body wash, toilet paper, towels are provided. towels are changed everyday. safe area. Rooms are small but that is how it is with ibis. we only came back to the room to sleep did not spend much time in the room so it was ok for us.

We stayed in feb but still rooms are very hot. if we leave the window open it is very noisy from the road. with window closed room is very hot. Breakfast is basic but ok.

The room was good enough for a couple travelling, the space was fair. It was fairly clean, the carpet had potentially some old stains but not an overall issue.

The bathroom door required force to open and close, i didnt like that particular mechanism. That is personel preference.

The bed was very comfortable, I liked the clean environment in the hotel, the helpful staff, the bathroom, and the atmosphere was very nice.

the lack of bathroom products, I personally could use toothpaste and another towel. the bathroom door and shower were squicking, and I needed to buy an extension cord so I could work on the table comfortably.
