Courtyard by Marriott Tbilisi

We've arrived to the property much earlier (around 12 pm) and the room was ready so we didn't have to wait which was great! The view of our room and the hotel location were just amazing! On the right - you have the old city, the river, the funicular, on the left there is a mall and the amazing Shota Rustaveli avenue with lots of cozy cafes and shops. The staff was sweet and very helpful, we asked for a later check out (1 hour) and our request was fulfilled without any charge. Thank you and we will surely be your guests again in the future!

location is very good, near to old town and malls. The staffs are helpful and friendly, receptionist Anna is so kind and helpful. Breakfast us very good also, room is spacious and clean.

No bidet in toilet and tv channels kept breaking up

Excelent location, right at the Freedom Square. Great service, especially the reception staff were very supportive and the restaurant/breakfast servicing staff were very kind. They booked two restaurants for separate days for as I asked them to, as many restaurants don’t speak English or Russian very well over the phone.

I would suggest to make the front door accessible for baby strollers and people with disabilities, place sleepers, toothbrush in the rooms. It should be included in that price. As we entered, the sheets and blankets had stains on them, but the hotel immediately changed those as we let them know. Otherwise we liked the hotel, service, breakfast a lot!

I would like to thank the whole Courtyard Marriott staff for such a lovely stay that we had! The cleaning service was one of the best that I have ever experienced. Also I would like to thank sweet ladies at the reception, we had a pretty late check-in and an issue with a credit card, but nevertheless they helped us out. The staff at the restaurant is very welcoming and makes you feel as an honourable guest. Regarding the prices, I think they are very fair. Unlike the other Marriott in Tbilisi, we felt like we spent our money well. We really liked our stay at the Courtyard, thank you very much!

One thing we noted is that the swimming pool was a bit small, but generally the spa has a very relaxing atmosphere.

We recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The location was ideal and convenient. However, what really stood out to us was the exceptional staff. Every single person we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help in any way they could. The daily cleaning service was excellent and our room was always kept clean and tidy. The rooms were also quite spacious, which gave my kid plenty of room to move around. The hotel's reception and security personnel also deserve special recognition for their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond for their guests. When we encountered an unforeseen circumstance, they were quick to extend their hands and ensure our safety and security. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location, friendliness of the staff, daily cleaning service, and spacious rooms make this hotel an excellent choice.

Location in Freedom Square in the centre of Tsblisi is perfect, close to all major attractions. Galleria shopping mall in almost next door. Convenience store is across the street. Friendly and helpful service in the hotel, from receptionists to door men. All day dining available, good choice on menu and food is very tasty. My room was large, clean and very comfortable. The bedding was wonderful, providing a great night’s sleep. My view looking out onto the column of St George on Liberty Square was impressive.

The hotel is situated at the heart of the city and is has good restaurants nearby. If one is looking for a happening trip with lots of outdoor activities and tours this is a very nice place to stay. The staff were super helpful and caring. The managers at the hotel lobby are extra caring and helpful, they helped us not to be duped by some people who charge insane amounts for personal tours. J had a hiccup with the room service about just giving two complementary water bottles but it was immediately fixed by the management again. All in all a very hospitable environment.

The superior room was excellent. The hotel has a superb location on Freedom Square and is perfect for exploring most areas of Tbilisi. Breakfast was also extremely good.

Communications with the hotel before arrival were far from easy and led to no resolution of the request for pre-payment. There was noise disturbance from loud music during the night (a very common problem in Tbilisi). Parking in front of the hotel is virtually impossible, so even to be picked by taxi can be problematic.

The location is exceptional as the hotel is right in the city centre and within the heart of the city. Everything is happening around it. Room was good and comfortable with necessaries and the staff was very kind and supportive. We were given a late check out which was excellent.

Room's aminities could have been better. Also there was no halal menu in the breakfast which was a very big negative.

Wonderful and helpful staff. As soon as you enter the hotel, you will find everyone at your service with a beautiful smile on their faces. Special thanks to Nino from the reception and another employee whose name I do not remember. He was present at exactly eight o’clock in the evening, with Alex and George from the security, and we do not forget Elena from the restaurant. During our time in Georgia we did not find such a nice staff as the Courtyard staff
