This hotel is located close to the lower station of Tbilisi Funicular which is an uphill tram leading to the TV tower with excellent views and night activities. The rooms are spacious and clean. Proper air-conditioning.
In my opinion the pool had too much chlorine in it. I tried swimming as an aerobic workout and had to stop halfway through. I wish there was more vegetable diversity at breakfast. To get to the city center you will require a taxi - but really not a biggie. We used Bolt taxis and they were super cheap.

The location is near Freedom square. The hotel facilities are good and the staff are super helpful. The hotel GM Maya gifted us a bottle of wine. The breakfast is sufficient but the variety could be a bit better. The room was clean and very comfortable.
They provide complimentary 2 bottles of water a day and additional bottles are charged.

It was a super hosting from personnel. We have arrived very early and didn’t hope to stay in hotel before official hours for arrival. But surprised us they prepared two rooms and the breakfast was available too. Amazing! Thank you

The facilities were excellent and rooms were good, as we got an upgrade upon check-in. Reception staff was very friendly and supportive. Breakfast is good as compared to other similar 4* ones.
Don’t expect the location to be on the center of everything, it is bit off, and a 10-15 mins walk to the center of tblisi.

We stayed in Hotel Astoria for one week and really enjoyed our stay there. The room and hotel was very clean with all the facilities available at the property. Breakfast was good. The location is very good, all greenery around, 10 minutes walk from the centre and 2 minutes walk to the funicular. The hotel manager specially sent flowers for my wife from their garden.
