Moxy by Marriott Tbilisi

the reception was perfectly wellcoming! they made my day happier :)!

At the enterence I have made the payment but at checkout there was a price differrence, I shouldn’t be effected by the price change beacuse I have made it on the first day. I am wondering if there was a price change on positive side for them, would they refund me that money difference..

I stayed 10 days there, and I have not met anywhere else so friendly staff, even the GM of the hotel came out one day and greeted guests.... so it left a very positive impression. I also appreciated the bed quality, I slept well mot of the nights...

The WifFi required a to press a button besides the password, so clever speakers or devices try to go to the network cannot login (I had a google nest mini that I like to carry with me for longer trips...)

staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel design is awesome. location is perfect and close to everything in Tiblisi almost.

Room Size is a bit small, there is no telephone in the room so you have to go to reception each time you need something. there is no refrigerator in room.

Moxy has such a young and vibrant feel about it. Hotel is centrally located and very well accessible. The staff and the team at Moxy is all so young and dedicated to make the stay memorable. They did accommodate a special request that I had made. The staff members were also helpful for the recommendations to go about the city.

If you are planning to reach there by your own car and would need a place to park, know that, Moxy does not provide a parking. And I guess Parking Places are in general a problem in Tbilisi. Otherwise all other things are on point.

Great location to explore the city. Spacious lobby, pop-art design and amazing breakfast, especially the drinks – orange juice, smoothie and even sparkling wine (in addition to coffee, tea and water, ofc).

The rooms are designed for 1-2 night stay as they're small and lack space to keep the clothes. We also told the managers to improve the standard for the vacuum cleaning as the floor is covered by carpet and the space under the bed was dusty (and we had to place out suitcases there because otherwise they would crowd the room).

Dear Moxy Management, A very SPL thanks to housekeeping staff and the one who did our check in, she was very helpful and ready to go beyond the hotel SOP, I really appreciate for her extra mile to make the me happy and comfortable stay at your hotel, and one more person I need to tell about is Ms. Katya, she exceeded my expectation to reach me even though I check out from the hotel, I was struggling to communicate the driver to reach the hotel location , she left everything behind and came to help me and spoke with driver and make sure my journey safe. Soon I will be back to your hotel Dear Moxy, cheers you have a great staff!

Area of Improvment: I would suggest if it could be live counter for pancake's and omlet will be abetter in breakfastt counter. bcz we see only 3 hot dishes in buffet which is sausage, bacon, poridge... :(

As usual, the best vibe in moxy hotels. Located in the non touristic charming district of Tbilisi, the hotel offers a lot of great cafes in the nearby. The historical city center is reachable by foot in 15-20 minutes by walk. The breakfast on the terrace is a nice start of the day. Puri Giliani cafe in front has a second terrace with a river view, amazing food and pastry selection.

I would only take one point off for empty toiletries that weren’t changed, a towel for feet that missed some days and electrical plugs that needed to be fixed in my room. Otherwise everything perfect.

Coffee and muggs would of been great in the room and a fridge.

Thank you to all moxy hotel staff 😊😊We had a great stay at the hotel for 6 days.Hotel is very nice and clean with a modern and minimalist concept. There are working areas at the ground floor and entertainment area where you can play billiards and football tables. The rooms that they gave us has a very nice view of the river. All hotel staff are helpful and friendly specially Nano and Mariam and George and the girl with red braided hair yesterday. Everyday the room is clean and fresh. The breakfast is delicious with a lot of options The place is near attractions- ~~~~Jean Kaselyn and Jacky Paul🇵🇭

I just hope there is bidet in the bathroom.Other than that everything is perfect in this hotel.

A wonderful choice for the younger segments and those young at heart - expect feeling 10 years younger, because of ambiance, design and staff communication style. Especially loved the common areas in the lobby - very nice to hang out and work from there.

Internet in the room was not working well. Had to go downstairs for emails and communications. Would have loved a choice of bathtub instead of shower.
