Prestige Suites

The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Management was responsive in addressing our concerns and needs. Staff also kept our rooms spotless and clean during our stay. Free parking is available onsite.

We did not like having to go to the front desk frequently to gain access to the Wi-Fi, which kept dropping our devices from the network. This was very inconvenient at times. There was also a strong unpleasant odor in the common eating area, so we did not partake in the complimentary breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Prestige Suites Hotel. I felt at home from the very first moment. The hotel is centrally located in the business district of Accra. The staff are super friendly and the lobby is very inviting. The rooms are reasonably sized, have a view, a comfortable bed with lots of pillows and a bathroom with a good shower. I particularly liked the sumptuous breakfast, which was included in the price

Staff was super friendly and very helpful in guiding me and helping me get things I needed but didn't know where to get cause I'm not a local. Room was big and bathroom was big too. The view from our window was really nice, and AC worked well. Room was clean. Mind you, hotels on Accra are not cheap, so this one was good value for money, but by no means luxurious or anything. The location is good if you want to go to bars and restaurants in Osu.

The bed is very uncomfortable, hard as a rock. Decor is obviously outdated, but I didn't mind, since it was clean.

The Staff and the location, the team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.

First of all, I would like to thank those that gave a positive review before me - because you guys hit it on the bullseye! I rarely give reviews unless it’s mind- boggling good to the point where I think about it days after. I have a dust allergy and after disclosing this allergy to them (I didn’t have to ask,) was they made sure that my room was freshly dusted and linens were cleaned daily! Not only that, but Prestige is in the Centre of Accra (in an Immaculate touristy location), very agreeable, with polished rooms; however, what made this such amazing place to stay is the staff. I’m real big on the fact that you should provide world-star customer service in wherever it is that you decide to work. During my stay at Prestige, every staff member that I encountered was personable, attentive, incredibly helpful, generous with their time; as well as, adhered 100% to the CDC Guidelines in the midst of this pandemic that other organizations do not seem to take so seriously. Thank you Prestige Suites, you really live up to your “Prestigious” name and I will be back!

It would have been great if they had a gym.

Their Breakfast was very good, the presentation was also on point, Rooms was fantastic and clean Staffs were friendly

the breakfast was okay. it was made off site and delivered to the room. second time I have stayed here at short notice and they are very accommodating we arrived late on good Friday after our original booking at another property messed our booking up. these guys helped us with a room right away.

the wifi is terrible.

Breakfast and the staff were perfect. We loved the locals in the neighborhood surrounding the hotel. The fruit stand lady across the street was very nice so please say hi to her and her little girl.
