Very modern and well organised rooms, very friendly house keeping, very easy and comfortable access to the apartment. A short distance from the hotel is the train station making it easy to get around but even easier is to get a taxi. Just wave to them on the street and they stop with no waiting time.

Only issue is the empty building site, part of the hotel building to the right of the hotel entrance, which seems to be up for rent but isn’t looked after. Its part of the hotel building and therefore does not give a good impression at first.

The balcony, compact kitchen, bed,.fountain shower and large TV's were all fantastic! Perfect, secure location and facilities, and the roof top lounge is a must. Yes next door is derelict however, if you look closely you'll see it's an abandoned open air theatre. Fascinating to see and imagine the history of it. A 2 minute walk from the most delicious deli bakery (think pastries, pies, cakes, bread, salads, breakfast, coffees, ice cream and more) and also a pharmacy and small mini mart. A 5 minute walk down the road you'll find the bustling area of Exarchia, full of high quality, low price restaurants, bars and shops, easy to spend hours in. A 10 minute walk gets you to Victoria metro station (2 stops from Monastiraki and Acropolis) or the hop on hop off red bus. Apartment is cleaned every 2 days and supplies topped up (dishwasher tabs, washing machine tabs etc) Staff always on hand via whatsapp, seamless first time access and check out, small hiccup at collecting our luggage on the last day but immediately rectified within 5 minutes (door code had expired, got a new one) We will 100% be back.

The bathroom light is on a timer/movement sensor and switches off after 2/3 minutes when you're in the shower, so you have to open the shower door multiple times to wave your arm around to turn it back on. Not a massive deal, just a bit annoying! The table and chairs, and the sofa are quite uncomfortable.

Modern, new apartment, nice bed, great shower. Roomy place with a pretty good location. Easy enough checkin procedure.

The neighborhood is still in construction. Balcony is ok, not much of a view.

Would have liked refills for espresso machine

We chose one of the penthouse rooms, so we were up on the sixth floor. Our lounge and balcony looked over the park, with mature trees, a superb view of the statue of Athena, and towards the suburbs and mountains beyond. The back bedroom also had a window and small balcony, looking at the buildings behind. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. The coffee machine was a Nespresso machine, with about 4 pods provided, so you'll want to buy some when you're getting groceries. The road down below is a dual carriageway, busy all day, but up on the sixth floor the noise didn't bother us, and the noise reduction from the double glazing was excellent. Residents also have access to a terrace on the roof, from which you can just about see the acropolis across the rooftops. We stayed for 3 nights, and the staff made sure we had clean towels etc. We loved it here and would stay again. Although it's close to the Museum of Archaeology, it's a few kilometres to the Acropolis etc. However, taxis are frequent and cheap (expect to pay about 6-8 Euros to get into the heart of Athens).

The door entry code got reset during the middle of our stay, but the staff responded quickly to my enquiry and apologised for any confusion.

The apartment and building were nice and clean. Everything we needed was provided. The manager and housekeeper were very responsive and accomodating.

The location was shocking when we arrived. The neighboring building is abandoned and run down. It is located on a very busy, very loud road. The interior door bolt didn't seem effective. There were no instructions for how to use the appliances, the air conditioner, or the lift.

I honestly don't think there is a nicer place in Athens, at least not at this price. Based on the date on the thermostat, this place was renovated less than a year ago (mid-2022). Everything still looks and feels brand new.

The only real downside to the property is that it's located right next to a busy street, so it can be a bit noisy. Thankfully there are many apartments that aren't facing the street, and even those that do have rooms that are shielded from the noise.

Amazing staff, appartment kept completely spotless and so accomodating. We arrived from a diverted plane and they answered our questions and helped immediately. The appartment is brand new and modern, excellent showers, living space and bedrooms. could not ask for more. It’s a 10 min walk from a metro which takes you directly to the Acropolis and other sights. Taxis are very easy to flag and cheap too. there is an excellent bakery a few minutes walk away and a fantastic restaurant (Ama Lachai) for dinner.

It’s on a main road rather than in an older district but that is what makes it affordable so a good compromise.

The appartment is in the basement, so first thought it is uncomphortable. However, when you really evaluate the facilities, it is good selection. Brand new furniture and equipment. Very clean. Quite, despite of busy road nearby. Nice car parking nearby 24 hours. Great garden nearby.

Far from the center of the city. No heating (if to stay in wintertime).

Internet connectivity is very slow Netflix and other streaming options are not available on the Television While the location is near a nice park, supermarkets , metro and dining places are somewhat further away Laundry room is common with 2 machines which is not explicit in the descriptions
