Kitro Beach Hotel - Adults Only

Very frendly staff! Excelent location! Excelent location! Excelent location! Good sound insulation! Good place sitting outside with sea view! The staff is relly helps for whatever you ask! The price is so adequate! The location allows to be on beach by several steps, or to get to the dowtown within 5 minuts. The breakfasts were fresh and clean every morning.

Ispite of the name of 'beach hotel' and the beach location - no facilities supporting it.It would be so good: beach towels, small privat beach umblellas to use on the beach, place for drying.. It would be better slightly change the menu during the week, like different kinds of cheese.

Practically, everything!!! The location is amazing, and the staff are cheerful, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and it had a mini bar. The bathroom was clean with , but might need . You are one minute from the beach and several restaurants and cafes, and a short distance to the shops and even more restaurants and cafes. The city itself is nice and cozy, and the people really friendly

Not a complaint, but more of a suggestion. It would be nice to have a full-length mirror somewhere, and the breakfast might need a bit more variety.

Beachfront hotel with full breakfast buffet, with covered seating beachside. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly . Nice beach with crystal clear water, with steps from cafe seating area onto the beach- so no need to pay for a beach lounger.

The bathroom had an awkward design with sink & toilet placement and could use some shelving for toiletries. But the price was surprisingly cheap for a beautiful beachfront, and the setting is wonderful! Only other negative is the hotel has no private parking lot, but we were able to find free street parking close by.

The location of this hotel is great. On the waterfront by a small beach, within a few seconds walk of restaurants and cafes. Lake and shopping streets only a few minutes walk away. The view while having breakfast on the waterfront was just perfect. The staff are efficient, helpful and friendly. We stayed in an economy double with a sea view. Room was a nice size, clean, comfy beds and good to have a fridge. Breakfast, Air con and safe were included in the room price. There were some issues but overall a good stay and would be happy to stay there again.

There were some problems in the room. The safe deposit didn’t work. Reported but no resolution offered. Aircon dripped water. As mentioned in other reviews the bathroom is tiny. Shower virtually impossible to use due to size and width of door opening. Sink situated on a wooden plinth with sharp corners that hovers almost over the toilet meaning that you catch your legs on the corners unless very careful and agile. Also if you have a room at the front be aware that there can be noise from the restaurants around.

The hotel, while not very fancy, was extremely well maintained. The room was perfectly clean, the bed very comfortable. The AC worked amazingly well and quietly. It’s only a short walk to the little lake and all the restaurants and bars. Also, the hotel overlooks a cute little beach situated in a small bay, which is surprisingly calm. We’re not one to rent parasols and deck chairs on a beach, but that’s what we did there. It was great. We also loved having breakfast on the calm, roofed terrace in front of the hotel, right next to the sea. The staff was wonderful, too.

Everything was as expected! I have been staying at the (Sgouros) Kitro Beach Hotel for many years, and I lived in Crete for 11 years. I have known Litsa since she was a little girl and she is still the lovely lady I have always known. All the staff were wonderful and did a marvellous job. I would especially mention Despina who, on a day to day basis, helped me negotiate the hotel, as I am now semi-disabled. The Hotel is located in one of the best places possible in Agios Nikolaos. An excellent choice! I wish all the best for the Kitro Beach Hotel for the future.

The location was great, very central not particularly noisy. Breakfast was the same each day but the selection was very very good. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The air con was nice and quiet and worked like a dream during the very warm nights. The beds were very comfortable. I like the fact that this hotel is now adult only. I wasnt when I originally booked it.

I could not fault this hotel at all, I would recommend it to friends

Beautiful view, location 10 meters from the beach, good breakfast, stuff is very friendly. A lot of cool restaurants and bars nearby. Free locker in the room. Highly recommended!

You need to hand a sign "do not disturb" or "please clean my room", because otherwise cleaning service comes in whenever she wants:). Coffee could be better.

The bed was very comfortable. Eating the breakfast on the terrace direct by the sea was beautiful. The beach is soooo close as are several.great tavernas. And yet despite being so close to the tavernas the room was totally quiet. Cos.of how the hotel is situated I think every room has a sea view.

It would have been great to have a kettle in the room. Was not possible to drive to hotel door to unload/load luggage BUT it was easy to find a free parking spot close by. I understand that some people still have corona fears but the staff wearing masks all the time was a bit of a turn off.

fantastic location by the sea and close to great places to eat etc. the hotel is dated but clean and staff are excellent. breakfast buffet was good and enjoying it on the terrace by the water is a treat. air con included and sufficient wardrobe space. good for the price

I had a compact room which was fine as a solo traveller but feel it’s prob small for two. no decent hairdryer -just the usual hotel press and hold ones which cut out after several minutes.
