Amerisa Suites

Such beautiful and well equipped accommodation. We loved the simplicity of the design, practicality and function. After spending the days and nights exploring Santorini it was great to come back, relax and restore ourselves. The location is great if you want to be close enough to the action but far enough away to not be right in amongst it. Working from home the wifi was superfast, rooms well equipped to have seperate spaces. Our host was so accomodating in giving directions and ensuring we were looked after. I would absolutely stay again

The location was great; it was out of the fray of the main area of town, but within walking distance of town and everything that you might want to do. It is however nestled on a hairpin curve of a very busy road which was loud at night. We wanted to keep windows open b/c it was so lovely in the evening, but we did close the windows and it did cut out all the noise, which was surprising but made it quiet for sleeping. The room was very comfortable but slightly tight quarters for 4 people. Nice size bathroom. We loved the hottub. Did not ever use the pool, since it is pretty small and there were always people using it and it felt like it was someone else's private pool. The staff was very hospitable and ALWAYS available to address our questions. We had some issues with the WiFi and air conditioning when we checked in, but everything was resolved immediately.

Amerisa Suites is the perfect solution for whoever wants to see Santorini in few days: you can reach easily the center of Thira by foot and Oia is just 10mins away from the hotel. The room was very clean and the staff so kind. They let us use the pool after the check out and they also gave us the possibility to use a shower. I really recommend this structure!

Amazing place with a great view and is very conveniently located. Our unit had a private hot tub and private deck with an amazing sunrise view. The staff is very responsive and quick to come to your help. Underground parking is a huge bonus too.

The villa was beautiful. It was cozy, but plenty of room for our family of 5. Everyone enjoyed the rooftop hot tub and the great views of the east side of the island. Close walk to Fira center and all the shopping and dining. The family that runs the hotel were wonderful and had good directions and recommendations.

We originally had a triple room with a view, but decided to upgrade the room to the villa on our arrival. They were quick to make the change and get the villa ready. The staff we are phenomenal, and were readily available for anything we needed. Ralitsa is so so great and even assisted us with ordering late night takeout and helping us do laundry!! They helped us navigate the town, provided recommendations for thing to do, gave us a bus schedule, and helped book a taxi on our arrival and departure. They even held our bags most of the day as our flight was in the evening. The view from the rooftop was amazing, and the private hot tub was the best part, we spent every evening lounging and enjoying the view! This place also has a great view of the sunrise if you get up early!! The walk into Fira Square was maybe 10 mins. Would definitely stay again!

Nothing, it was great

There was plenty of space within the villa to move around and be comfortable as it was quite big. Ralitsa was an excellent source of information and very helpful whenever we needed anything. There was plenty of towels, bedding and amenities in all of the storage spaces both upstairs and downstairs. Fira was a 10 minute walk from the Villa (slightly uphill with plenty of stairs and sloped roads but definitely do-able)

The location of the villa in addition to the winds of Santorini made everything so dusty, inside and out, through no fault of Amerisa of course. Its just how it is. All of the furniture outside was covered in dust. On a main road but never an issue with noise from cars and atv’s passing by.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. But it was the view from my balcony that truly took my breath away. Watching the sunrise in the morning was an experience I'll never forget. The interior design was also a standout feature of this hotel. From the lobby to my room, every detail had been carefully considered, creating an atmosphere of comfort and luxury. And speaking of luxury, I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to a fancy suite during my stay. The extra space and amenities made my time here even more special.

I liked the fact that water and coffee were made available during our stay and the coffee station was replenished daily. Also the fact that each time we left the room, housekeeping visited and replenished with fresh towels. The staff at reception was especially helpful in assisting us when our planned activities hadn't worked out due to miscommunication. It was a space we anticipated returning to after a full day of activities on the island.

The shower stall is very, very small. Being located on the main road, we didn't really use the outdoor space due to a lack of privacy.
