You simply cannot beat the location if you want to stay in the centre of all the happenings. Easy access to the road for taxi’s. Location was brilliant! The hotel team were amazing, in terms of booking restaurants and beach outings. Excellent recommendations and service. The facilities were great with some minor points. Splash pool and jacuzzi were fab! Aircon worked a treat! Bed was comfortable

The picture of the pool showed uninterrupted views and upon my arrival it wasn’t quite like that. Don’t get me wrong, it was very pleasant but its not what was advertised. I didn’t appreciate that and on that basis i may have chosen another location because i placed a premium on that view as this property was significantly more than others. The breakfast was really average. At 600gbp a night and comparing it to other accommodation i had for less money, it was not great.

The view from the property is amazing, overlooking the sea and the little street below. Special mention to Maria for the great hospitality - from actively helping to arrange for transportation before we arrived, giving us a surprise room upgrade to the Cave Room (with jacuzzi and private pool), to giving a great introduction of Santorini, and even after we’ve left the property. It was such a perfect stay!

All’s perfect. If I were to nitpick, I would say it is slightly tiring to get to the hotel due to it being located on the cliff. But thankful for the bell boy who helped to carry our luggages to and from the room!

we loved Nefeles luxury, before arrival, and meeting point arrival & meeting wonderful & kindness Ms Maria front & suites management team till we departed from Santorini, one of the best suites, location, delicious breakfast & lovely- charming view from suites balacony, bed room & even toilet window to the full sea view, at night totally deferent love story from balacony or even very close restaurants to the hotel. definitely will stay again & again thanks for Maria who makes our stay marvelous & unforgettable, thanks Maria for your lovely gift we will keep it for ever

EVERYTHING! Location, room, view, staff were all exceptional. Maria is a total gem. The room was a CAVE! So beautiful and comfortable. We had a hot tub that was wonderful but we were beside the room that we will book next time, that had a plunge pool with napping beds and a shady alcove to eat in. Wished we could have stayed longer. The private deck and breakfast served there were Heaven. They also organized transportation from the ferry and to the airport which made things so effortless, highly recommend.

Queen bed would have loved a king. The room envy.

The view from the balcony, and the pool and hot tub are to die for! Staff were fantastic, Maria and her team were so friendly and attentive. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty and the bed was super comfortable. Fantatic location to the centre of Fira with shops, restaurants, bars etc all within 2-3 mins walk.

Room could have been slightly better laid out to fit a dressing table or area. The room and areas were all cleaned daily to a good standard but wouldn't say that they were "completely spotless".

Nefeles is ideally located in the heart of the city yet nestled away for privacy and quiet time away from all the action. Easy access to restaurants, bars, clubs, sightseeing, tours etc all in short walking distance. The facility is great and the staff totally amazing and responsive. Minor issues were rectified very quickly. The views are amazing.

We loved everything. One note of caution though. As with all hotels in this location, guests should be aware that there are a lot of stairs and inclines within the hotel as well as moving around near the hotel. We were forewarned and so were prepared for it. It was a good form of exercise!

It was so meaningful to be welcomed by Akis and Maria, who are Santorinian locals, and who know the island inside and out. They were incredibly helpful in helping us plan activities during our honeymoon, which we so appreciated. Akis was an incredible guide to the history of the island; we learned so much. I can tell that they truly enjoy meeting people from around the world and sharing the culture of Greece with them (which is exactly the homey experience we wanted!) Aside from the hospitality, as others have said, the view was breathtaking, breakfast options copious and delicious (think spanakopita, fresh OJ, omelettes) and delivered to your room, the facilities were clean, staff were professional, and the local was central in Fira.

It was a very positive experience overall, but if I were to pick anything, I would have liked the hot tub to be hotter (it was lukewarm), and to be able to adjust the temperature manually. Also, the rooms are quite small (for US standards), so I would just be mentally prepared for that.

This place is amazing!!! Absolutely surpassed our expectations and was an unforgettable experience. Maria is the best person ever who runs the suites and its so so helpful with recommendations/ bookings/ generally making your experience 5****. Could not recommend this place any more. Its also in an excellent central location in Thira. And make sure you tell Maria katie and bels send their love!! xx

The location was excellent, in the heart of Thera near many shops, restaurants and main attractions. When we arrived the team showed us different attractions and helped us with transport which was really helpful. Our room was very clean with many lovely additions such as tooth brushes and a sewing kit! The service from the hotel team was amazing, they were there whenever we needed. They were professional and very helpful. The room was very comfortable with the most amazing view! The room is well prepared with dressing gowns, slippers, coffee machine and much more! The hot tub was incredible looking onto the view of the caldera. This was a real highlight watching the sun set from the hot tub. The breakfast was wonderful, we got to choose what we wanted on arrival and could amend if we wanted. The food was fresh and presented beautifully. This is the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed at, incredible in every way. I cannot thank the team at Nefeles Luxury Suites enough. When we come back we will of course book here again.
