Emerald Suites

The hotel was very nicely decorated had a lovely elegance about it. The moment I walked in I felt very welcomed by the lady at reception desk called Menia, she was extremely helpful and polite.The lobby areas and dining was very impressive and felt very spacious. My room was very clean and smelt like new, everything was perfect, the balcony was a good size and had amazing views of the town below and side of the mountain. Beds and pillows where comfortable and smelt really nice. I wanted an iron and ironing board, reception staff came within 2 mins and the maid offered to help with the ironing! The breakfast selection was great, had everything you can imagine but what was great was the homemade spanakopita, tiropita and bougatsa, made by Nana who was extremely helpful and polite. Overall I was impressed with my stay at Emerald Suites and would definitely stay again.

Emerald suites had beautiful, comfortable beds and large clean rooms. Their restaurant service was very convenient for our family.

For the price we paid, I would have expected daily bottled water and our instant coffee to be replenished in the room. We had no coffee in our room, so I used the machine in their lobby (which is not that great) and was then charged 6€. Considering the high price I paid for the accommodation, this should have been complimentary. For me, it's not the money, but the principal behind it.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom had enough space itself. Location is perfect and you can always find parking, so you won't have problem to park your car, even though the hotel itself has no parking area. TheBreakfast was perfect; the amount and the quality of the buffet was great. Finally, I personally loved the terrace; it was great to have a last drink before going to sleep! Last, but not least, the personnel was incredibly polite and they are an asset to the hotel!

Excellent hotel. Great Modern facilities. Quiet location, easy parking on the road in front of the hotel, ten minutes walking distance to the city center and Sakouleva river. Room impecably clean, spacious, nicely decorated. Very nice bathroom. Excellent breakfast; great variety, excellent quality. Very polite and helpfull staff. We definitely recommend it. We'll choose it again in a future trip to the area.

It would be nice to have a balcony (not all rooms have a balcony). A second chair in the room would be useful. It would be usefull to offer guests a city map.

Very nice hotel, new construction. Clean and tastefully decorated. Excellent breakfast and nice bar, one can certainly spend some time in the common areas. Walking distance from pretty much everything in Florina. Plenty of public space around the hotel for parking on the street.

I did not see a ramp at the entrance but I guess there must be one somewhere. Also, due to the hotel design I guess it could get noisy in the room if there are a lot of people at the bar, but I did not have any issues myself.

Brand new building with interesting interior layout/architecture! Very clean room with comfortable bed. The breakfast had enough products to choose from, while the local pies served were excellent! I recommend it, it is a new option for accommodation in Florina and I believe that the mistakes/weaknesses that exist in every start will be improved by the people working there.

The electrical sockets in the room were installed in the most inconvenient places. For example the desk in the room didn't have any to do work on a laptop. We had to disconnect the small lamp from the only socket next to the bed to finally have access to electricity. In my opinion, the hotel management had placed the desk in the wrong place in our room, which I mentioned to them during our departure. In addition, from the hotels amenities do not use the supplied ''FIVE PLUS'' shampoo with bergamot and green tea, which is a poor quality Chinese product, use your own instead!

Florina is a bit ‘tired’ and fairly run down but Emerald Suites was an absolute surprise. It’s new, nicely decorated and the staff were fantastic and very friendly and welcoming

Almost no English speaking TV so after a long day there was not much to do. Maybe access to a few streaming channels would have helped.

The buffet breakfast was included and had an assortment of Greek foods such as spanakopita, triropita, egg bread, feta cheese and yogurt. Bacon and eggs along with an assortment of fruit and nuts were also available.

The staff was very polite and helpful, trying to accommodate all of our requests. The place is centrally located and offers a tone of things to do nearby (e.g. Nymfaio and Pisoderi). We’ll definitely visit again, this time with the entire family!

Internet (WiFi) could have been better, although we visited during heavy snowfall, which might have affected the connection.

The Hotel is very clean and comfortable. It has a nice little terrace which can be used to have a drink during the evening, or breakfast. Overall the facilities were superb, and the staff very attentive and friendly.

The breakfast was not so varied, I missed some more vegetables. To be fair, this could be related to COVID-related policies. I just make this comment as a friendly suggestion for improvement.
