Esperos Palace Luxury & Spa Hotel

Good and quiet location, friendly staff, spa fascilities, good breakfast,

A. Wifi - on busy days and at full capacity it was not possible to acess their wifi. B. TV - was not receiving terrestrial signal. I am mentioning it because in combination of missing Wifi, you can’t either to watch from your device on the tv unless you have android and package of unlimited data C. Back rooms suffering from low insulation. Ventilation extractor fans are listened to the rooms

The room was very spacious and with nice views of the lake

The swimming pool was closed, per anti Covid policy, but this wasn’t specified on the website or on the booking app. We went there from other hotels in Greece where the swimming pools and spas were functioning and were a bit disappointed we couldn’t use the spa. We chose this hotel specifically for the spa facilities. The hotel has a nice view of the lake, but it’s not on the lake shore and a bit far from the old town and city center.

The hotel is nice, good location, nice lobby and restaurant and plenty of parking space. The spa is OK, nothing fancy. The room was big enough, with comfy beds and large clean bathroom. It was quit so we had a good night sleep. Also the breakfast good be better.

I didn't like that we had to pay extra for the gym and spa, also their working hours were from 15pm, so you can't use the gym in the morning.

Very spacious, clean and elegant room. Overall the hotel has modern and attractive design. Also the breakfast is very nice. Nice view from our room. You need transport to reach the town centre

Even though the spa, gym and indoor swimming pool were advertised they were all closed during our stay so maybe ask in advance before booking if that is important to you.

The hotel is brand new. The place is clean. They rooms are spacious. It's a good solution if you have a mean of transport to go to kastoria. The breakfast was nice. The service was really good.

The air-conditioning was not working well, and they did not find a solution. They just left it open while we were out in order to be more cool but it never got really comfortable. The dinner food was average for the price, even tho the service and the presentation was perfect

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It had lake view, and a small balcony with chairs and a table. The decoration of the room and the hotel was tasteful. The room had a bathtub in the bathroom, which was nice. The hotel was very quiet and in combination with the ambience of the city and the lake made our stay very relaxing. The staff of the hotel were very polite and welcoming. There was free parking outside the hotel. The breakfast was nice too.

We didn't like the fact that the wifi signal of our room was very weak to non existent and despite the fact that we told the reception three times, they did nothing about it.

The rooms were beautiful- we had a double room which was lovely & excellent for a child too. Dimitri was amazing and attended to all our needs when required.

There was no small face washers- they would of been handy. The air conditioner works slowly but once it works, it's amazing!

The staff is very helpful. The bed is incredibly big and comfortable. The spa, although with extra charge, is a plus. Breakfast is very good too. Location is great and quiet, though you rather need a car to get to Kastoria centre.

A kettle in the room with coffee would be appreciated.

Room was nice, modern and big with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent, staff as well. Location is fantastic next to the woods and close to Castoria city centre. Easy parking. Definitely worth it.

The WiFi signal could have been a little bit better in the room.

Good hotel that is situated in a nice and quiet area of Kastoria. Rooms size is good and the breakfast is excellent.

I find it strange to be charged extra for the pool plus that kids are allowed to use the pool only for a few hours during the day. So it is a bad choice for a family stay spa breakaway.
