Akti Hotel Ioannina

I chose this hotel for a one night stopover in Ioannina... Rooms are spacious, and everything is new and in well shape, nice beds, and perfect pillows. There is a private parking yard within a hotel. Good breakfast with so many different options, so everyone can find something to eat. I would recommend it to my friends.

Air-conditioned position 😢 it is from the left side of bed, so you can't leave it operating during the night... (even if it was too hot in the room).

Staff were excellent, whole place was well maintained and clean. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, room was so clean and bedding good quality.The self check in and room code locks were brilliant so much easier than dodgy magnetic cards.

Nothing really, I paid for the cheapest room and was more than happy with the attic rooms.

Good location quite close to the town. Furnishings were fresh and modern in the rooms. Staff very friendly and cooperative. Room was large.

The bathroom was old and the shower screen was broken. The room was sold as lake view but the trees are overgrown and lake not visible. The mop and broom was in the public area next to the lift the whole time we were there. Breakfast was very basic. I suggest some extra local products and summer fruit.

Kind and professional staff, rooms are spacious and clean. Balconies are big and have a lovely lake view. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Easy to find parking at any time of a day. Excellent breakfast - traditional greek coffee and selection of pies amongst standard variety of continental breakfast items. 15-20 mins walk to the down town/old town. We enjoyed our stay.

Bath needs a bit of an esthetic upgrade, that's all. We still had a great time; highly recommended.

We really appreciated the spacious room and comfortable beds. Nice walk distance to the city center. The young lady at the reception was very friendly and nice! Self-check-in was really easy too!

It is a small thing but we would appreciate bigger glasses for water at the breakfast.

The hotel is outside of the city,however near the city,at the same time. Within a 10-15 minute walk someone can reach the castle .The room was comfortable and clean . The breakfast was good.

The breakfast area is quite small .There were a lot of mosquitoes in the area.

Parking for motorbikes! Big balconies. Nice spacious rooms with good beds! Peacefull location!

Akti is sending too many emails... upgrade your room, check-inn your self and thank you thank you... and all several times! It started to feel like spam! Also on booking.com page was the text for all rooms... '2 single beds and one double bed!' So I did not ask for separate beds. On the spot we all guys had 1 double bed in each room! :] And the front desk lady was totally lost with the wind on arrival!

We stayed there for a night in July (myself, my wife and daughter). We booked one room in the beginning but felt the room wouldn't suit us as my daughter is older. The staff was very very helpful and understanding - they offered us a second room for free to accommodate our daughter. The facilities were amazing and very clean as it is very new, we also had a veranda facing the lake. The breakfast was quite rich too. I definitely recommend it for young families or couples, it's very modern, boutiqey yet functional and clean

We were in a mansard which was very cozy and clean. The location was perfect. 10 minutes walking from the centre, but away from the noise. From one of the windows we was able to see the lake - beautiful view!

One of the windows was broken. We couldn't close it. There was a smoke from the houses around which got into our room.

Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast is also very good with delicious local products. The Staff at Akti hotel is amazing, very kind and attentive to all our requests. We asked for information regarding what to do in Ioannina and in the region around, Anastasia gave us many advices to make our stay in Ioannina special. Akti hotel is recommended also for the position, just outside the city centre to avoid the noise but close enough to walk to all the main attractions.
