The location the staff, the boutique hotel was excellent. The hotel was centrally located and it was accessible and convenient to all the sightseeing, and to all the attractions of the city. It was a block in from the boat that takes you to the island of Ali Pasha as well as the castle it was walking distance to wonderful restaurants as well as shops. The owner/staff were so welcoming from the time we arrived till our departure we will be definitely recommending it to friends and we will definitely come back again. The room was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was a wonderful size.

One of the most beautiful boutique hotels I have ever visited. Perfect both for families and couples. Gorgeous ambience, design and vibe. Very cute and I mean very. The owner is a wonderful host full of positive energy and love for the place and the guests it welcomes. Perfectly located on a back street just by the lake with easy access by foot to the centre with all the stores, restaurants, cafes etc. Parking your car is easy in the nearby parking lot. I would recommend a stay at Lithia to everyone visiting the beautiful city of Ioannina.

Feels like home - a good one! The room was excellent, stylish, super clean, we had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable, and we got non feather beddings, an option which is not always available from.my experience. A great selection for a family, with 2 separate sleeping areas separated by a door. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection, and delicious surprises every day. We felt very welcome, and we were delighted to get recommendations for sites to visit. We will come back again!

This boutique hotel was more than we expected. From the minute we walked through the door we were greeted with warmth from the gorgeous Elena. Nothing was an issue and she went above and beyond making our stay a comfortable and memorable one. The rooms were a good size, with comfortable beds and an abundance of pillows for all needs, and showers that you could move around in. The breakfast was amazing. Plentiful, fresh and of local produce. Location was in walking distance to everything and only around the corner to a pay public car park for anyone with a car. Will definitely recommend this hotel and am looking forward to coming back.

What an incredible boutique hotel! Firstly the owners Tasos & Elena (hopefully we spelt that right..) were incredibly accommodating, kind and friendly. We arrived late from traveling and they greeted us warmly and were so understanding. We really appreciated it so much after such a long day of travel. We were then shown to our beautiful loft room, which was modern, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was well equipped with organic toileteries, flat screen TV, tea and coffee facilties and a fantastic shower and bathroom area. Also we'd like to mention that the bed was like sleeping on a cloud and we had such a great night's rest! Thank you again guys and we will definitely be back! :) Conal & Laura ☺️☘️

Everything about this place is absolutely wonderful, our modern room is spotless, tastefully decorated, breakfast rich and delicious, and the staff and owner kind and very welcoming. I love Ioannina, but staying here made the experience perfect. The location is in a peaceful small street, just a short walking distance to the beautiful lake, the cafés alongside it, the old town, and the eateries. Perfect location that's a walking distance to everywhere and everything you need from sightseeing to shopping. Thank you.

Everything was perfect. Starting with the lovely hosts, the decor & quality of the property, the cleanliness, the breakfasts… we couldn’t fault anything. The location is ideal and the room was great to relax in, beautifully decorated. We enjoyed it all. We hope to return!

EVERYTHING !!! I simply don’t have enough words to describe how amazing was the hotel ! the hotel is located in the heart of the city, near all facilities. Just 1´ walk to the lake, to the boat for the small island, very close to all the museums (within 10’ of walk), lots of restaurants cafe and bar around. The hotel is in a paved very quite street. Lots of parking around. we stayed in a superior room with patio view, amazing, very clean, spacious, all the comfort needed inside. the breakfast, what to say about it ! all fresh, homemade, generous quantities, delicious !!! Elena welcomed us with open arms ! I was very sad to leave the place but for sure I will be back ! thank you for all really, it was a short but amazing stay ! Of course, I highly recommend this hotel !!

Fabulous place to stay. The hospitality was 10++ and more than you can expect. Elena and Tasos are great hosts and they've done the extra mile for us. They were both so kind and helpful and gave us so much info how and where we can spend our day. Our suite was amazing, xtra large bed, perfect pillows, everything clean and fresh every day. Breakfast was always handmade, with amazing local taste and more than enough to start your day. Excellent location with proximity to everything you need to visit in Ioannina. Overall and in on one word "Superb"

This is a fabulous little hotel. Very quiet, beautiful interiors and very comfortable. I loved my little balcony overlooking the (extremely quiet!) street. Close to everything. The boat to the island is just around the corner. Lovely lakeside restaurants are very near. Breakfast was fantastic. I would love to stay again. Thank you!
