Heaven Hotel Thessaloniki Airport

I landed late night and intended to rent a car the following day. Booked this hotel for a single night in order to align to opening hours of car rental agencies in airport. Overall I enjoyed this short layover and swimming in the nice pool which was open for the season (contrary to another hotel in the city in which I stayed later).

I recieved the room most adjacant to reception area with disabled facilities. This was somewhat inconvenient for me due to setup of shower / bathroom and somewhat more noise in the area about the room. The room also had some issues with the door opening out into the balcony which created a hassle in closing it. (Room would likely benefit from some more maintenance work in general)

I liked the personnel - everyone was super friendly and nice. The room was good size, pretty comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the pool. I just stayed one night so it was a perfect location - around 10 min by taxi to the airport. Otherwise, I would recommend to have a car for a longer stay. Breakfast was also very good!

Water pressure in the shower was not the strongest but it wasn't an issue for a one night stay. Otherwise, I cannot complain, the stay was very good.

Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Lovely balcony with a view to the pool and to villages and mountains beyond. Breakfast was very rich. Staff were helpful. The location was excellent, 15 minutes to the airport and about 25 minutes to Thessaloniki. We found a great restaurants nearby. We would definately stay there again.

The packed breakfast we on the morning of our departure was very minimal, more attention to this would be good.

There is a great variety of food choices and the young energetic woman that serves breakfast goes out of her way to make sure everyone has a lot to eat and enjoys their breakfast. There is a beautiful pool and amazing views from the balconies. The front desk staff is super helpful and they go out of their way to help in any possible way. (Manolis helped us check in when we arrived after midnight, and Maria gave us great ideas of places to visit while there)

The room smelled like cigarettes. We had to keep the windows open to air it.

Really beautiful and clean hotel, standard breakfast unlimited coffee. Lovely pool and bar area. Friendly staff. 15 mins from the airport 20euro by Taxi, need to get a taxi as it’s a small hotel on the mountain on its own. No shops etc nearby. Just what I wanted for my last night of my holiday beside the Airport. It’s a short drive to Waterland water park which was still closed for the season.

The only thing was that one of the baths had no curtain or glass. The other room had a broken hanger for the water handle. The breakfast was OK. Nothing fancy but large selection. Although we came 30 min before the end. We missed scrambled egg that was finished but not refilled.

Perfect. Exceptionally clean. Staff were professional and friendly Room was comfy and quite large.and the views from the balcony were beautiful Pool area clean, with very comfortable loungers and great service from the pool bar. And so affordable- room, lunch, dinner and a few drinks was around £100

The light in the bathroom could have been brighter. A transfer service to and from the airport would be helpful. But these did not affect my stay.

All personal in this hotel is helpful and very friendly! Very good service in everything.Pool is very nice and clean. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

As i changed room because i stayed longer then planned, some rooms have a shower which is not build properly and water is running out. Should be changed to avoid flooding in the bathroom…it was a bit annoying but its just a small problem, all was perfect!

Everything was better than expected; real value for money choice. Very comfortable rooms with awesome pool and garden view, kind personnel, delicious breakfast with many options. We will definitely visit again in case our flights schedule requires to stay overnight, its also very close to Macedonia Airport. I checked in at midnight without any inconvenience.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We were attending a wedding nearby and chose this hotel due to its proximity to the wedding venue. Otherwise the location is quite secluded and there are no restaurants close by on foot. The hotel has a limited menu (sandwiches, burger and salad) available all day and a beach bar as well as an indoor bar. The pool area is nice with lots of sun beds and umbrellas and towels provided. Breakfast was nice enough. Variety of foods including some Greek foods. Good value for money hotel.

The biggest flaw for me is the loud music played at the pool all day long. You hear it in a lot of rooms. The limited menu in the hotel is a bit of a drawback.
