They have an amazing locations. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Great for short stays.

Better thorough cleaning of the rooms…

Location is perfect, very central and walking distance to everything. Taxi is so cheap, we had no problem just walking for miles and taking a taxi back. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The receptionists were always very helpful and friendly.

No parking at all in the area, but there is really no reason for a car. Breakfast was poor. No safe Locker room for suitcases. Just left them at the back, in the open.

The hotel is located on a street with many terraces and restaurants, 2 steps from the old port and Aristotelus Square. The reception staff offers information and discount vouchers for museums or the hip hop bus. The cleaning staff was very involved, everything was very clean and everyone, from the manager to the receptionist, was very willing to solve the problems of the tourists staying here. Good breakfast. Building with special architecture.

Small problems inherent in a historic building, but which were quickly resolved by the involvement of the staff.

Everything was excellent! First of all The kind hospitality of Andreas and staff, the general atmosphere, the family warmth during the holiday time, the nice rooms, the quite and calm surrounding, the unique christmas ornaments ,the very prime location in the heart of the city, the clean spaces. The little tables outside for us coffee drinkers. A very cosy place that surely we will be happy to choose again and very soon. Personaly give our best regards to dear Andreas who gave us an amazing welcoming. he is a beautiful persona in a dull world, and a naturally and geniuanly real good man with a real good will.

Most things were very good. Personaly We prefer a larger bed but we managed as is. Breakfast was nice but not so much intresting. It will be wonderful to add hitters outside during winter.

Room was spacious, bright, clean and well aerated (i.e the air conditioning worked very well). The location is ideal. You're right next to the promenade and various attractive seaside bars, restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was good and, what's more you could have it outside on one of the 4 tables set up on the pavement. Worthy of special mention are the staff at reception. They speak excellent English, and are charming and very informative. Delightful people.

I can hardly think of anything bad or sub-standard. I suppose the hotel is simplistic, although I don't really regard that as a criticism. You have a room and the dining area and there isn't much else. But if all you need is a well located, clean, cool base from which to explore the city, then it's perfectly good.

The location is amazing, and the support of the team is very nice and helpful. The room was basic but good enough especially for only 1 night. Even checking out was smooth and breakfast was already there, although very early.

Basic is fine, but a few changes could have made the stay better. There was no drinking water in the room and no place to put the shower head (so showering with one hand only). I had room 111 which is at street level which can be a bit loud.

The location couldn`t be better, very central and easy to go around. We were really impressed with the cleanness of our room. They washed our room daily and also there were days that changed our linen without even requesting. I can`t thank enough the staff. There is a vast range to choose from for breakfast. Nothing to complain about but only praise this hotel.

Nothing to complain, if you are going to Thessaloniki, this place is a must to stay into!

What a difference it makes, when you are greeted with great manners. The most polite and helpful staff! The location is exceptional. The room was simple, yet beautiful and chic. We were given the best corner room possible, which was full of light, with cozy urban views.

Breakfast was sufficient, but could definitely be a little upgraded and more fresh. Also, it’ s too much to ask for, but, it’d be great if cleaning services were provided after 2pm. We stayed for 2nights, but because we were exhausted and did not leave the room before 2pm, our room was not cleaned at all during our stay.

very clean and stylish rooms, nice bathrooms, toileteries, great position of the hotel, 24 h front desk, everybody was very nice and helpful, very good sound isolation offered by the windows, very warm and cosy, daily cleaning of the room, changing of pillow covers , towels, the service was great for a 3 stars hotel, very good rate cost/ quality

the only problem could be in summer when more people will be in the hotel with the nouse coming from other rooms ( opening of doors) and from the corridors

The hotel has an excellent location, couple steps from the boulevard and very close the city center and main attractions - everything is walking distance. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice.

The pillows are stuffed with silicon and therefore very bloated and hard - not at all comfortable to sleep on. No replacement options sadly. Breakfast was very repetitive, although tasty.
