After seeing all the bad reviews we got very worried but we’re pleasantly surprised. Pool area was clean and tidy with enough sun loungers. Room was also clean and bed was comfortable. Kostas (the bartender) was always a happy, welcoming face of an evening. The bad reviews seem to be from people who to have extremely high expectations despite paying budget prices. All inclusive drinks include soft drinks, beer, wine, local spirts and 3 selected cocktails. There is a bus stop outside the hotel which goes to the airport and Rodos.

Food was average. Our shower was missing a shower door but was still useable. Due to other reviews we did not want to complain in case we were moved to a room which was not as nice as ours. Every drink was served in paper cups

Nice swimming pools and water park. Plenty of food to eat. Nice staff. Good enough room.

Water in swimming pools was quite cloudy which made it look unclean. Bad smell from waste water treatment facility in the middle of hotel grounds. Hopefully you could do something about it. Could not order a taxi from the hotel to the city.

Waterpark

Rooms not clean. Bedding still had public hair from previous guests. Asked 4 times to change then had to do on my own Mould in bathroom and very unclean

The hotel room itself is clean, staff is nice and helpful. Kids friendly

There are many things in need of improvement - the hotel is old, lobby bar, reception area and the rooms are very basic. All-inclusive is NOT worth it, there is only very narrow selection of soft drinks, wine and beer included, for anything decent you have to pay (and definitely not cheap). Food is buffet style and underwhelming. Please do yourself a favor and go to another hotel, you can get much better everything for the same price.

The hotel is in a convenient location between city of Rhodes and airport. It has a nice garden with big trees around the rooms

This features as a 4 star hotel which it isnt. I had booked 5 months ago for two superior rooms which were proved to be like this only by name.There was a smell of mold in the closet which forbidded the placement of clothes in it and expectedly the smell was spread in the room. There were ants crawling in the bathroom between our personal items. The bathroom was not identical with the published picture on Booking website. Many aspects of the room were old, antiqueated (especially the bathroom needs renovation) and not conforming with the legislation for a 4 star hotel. The service was poor (we had to go to the reception to ask for towels and get them ourselves-the towels being poorly cleaned and worn out). Accordingly the price is overrated.

Below average, mass-production all-inclusive, run by non-Greeks. Nothing to do with the idea of holidays in Greece. It felt like we were in Poland and not on a Greek island.

it was like a POW camp. cheap, dirty, nasty, a pop with a straw floating in it in the pool. drinks gross didn’t attempt the food. left after 4 hours
