The room is exceptionally clean. The towels are like new. The housekeeping staff did an AWESOME job. Love the location, just a short walk to the MTR station. There are supermarket, convenient store and a local food chain just across the hotel. Did I mention the concierge staff? They are helpful and very polite. They help me to keep my luggages while I was waiting for my room. However, the staffs at the Front Desk need to smile more!! and the toliets on the 11th floor (The Scouts Centre) needs to be attended more frequently. Other than those, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel when you're visiting HKG.

Almost everything was great and great value for money. (Although unfortunately in our room some days at some times we got a little second hand cigarette smoke through either air con system or bathroom fan.)

Location was fantastic - great eating options within 5 minute walk. 4 minute walk to train station, 5 minutes to bus stop. Backed onto Kowloon Park and the wonderful Flamingo sanctuary! 20 min walk or cheap taxi ride down to the harbour and the Star Ferry. Across the road was a Wellcome grocery store and a 7/11 - plus Cafe de Coral for great fast eating options. Temple street night market just a 10 minute walk as well as Yue Hwa emporium. Also appreciated the laundry facilities on site

We were a bit bummed that there are no family/adjoining rooms - as this meant we could not have other family stay with us. Also no gym or pool facilities - but not every place has them.

The location is excellent! It's close to the market, subway, and walking distance to the harbour and the park is right next door. There are so many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, I'd highly recommend going to the tourist information at the harbour and asking which is the best way to get to various tourist attractions- the rail is so easy and accessible, it saved us a fortune!

We didn't eat in the hotel, but did buy a coffee which was 7 euro! we didn't buy anything else after that- not when there are so many other options available. The rooms are small, but its Hong Kong and to be expected. We would definitely stay again.

Very good location and great info about which bus to catch to the hotel. It was an "interesting" experience and only a 4 minute walk from the bus to the hotel. Right beside the gardens and in summer, a swimming pool. Have stayed before so really like the location. Found some very good breakfast cafes nearby. Can walk to the harbour front so not too far away. Excellent luggage storage and took my laptop away for safety so happy about that.

Room not large but OK. Lifts could be slow as so many guests and not many lifts.

The hotel was very well located, it was big, clean and comfortable. Good value for money compared to its surrounding hotels. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wifi was strong but speed could have been a bit faster.

The floor 16, which is where our room was located was a non-smoking room, yet there was an extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke and humidity throughout the floor and even in the room. Breakfast was very expensive per person. Wifi speeds could be better.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the room size is good and as described. The king size bed was comfortable and the linen was clean.

The bathroom has some black mold around the shower floor on the white caulking. Definitely need some up keeping. Whenever someone else in other rooms were using the shower/water, there were some super loud noise. I did not expect a sound proof room, as it was not advertised, but that was quite bothersome.

Location is top, near the nice Kowloon park and just two steps away from Temple St. Night market. The area in between is full of great local restaurants. The street where hotel is located is clean and quite convenient to pick a taxi. Hotel room was clean and had an acceptable size. View was amazing.

This hotel is clearly oriented to chinese tourists. The instructions, TV channels and the breakfast buffet is a good proof of that. We like the experience but I bet this ambient will not convince many westerners. We had some difficulties to be understood correctly by the front desk, but fortunately these were just unimportant topics.

The location of the BP is excellent. It is close to the MTR and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the harbour. It also backs onto the fabulous Kowloon Park. This beautiful space is well worth a visit to see how the local residents use the park for recreation. It also houses the Hong Kong cultural museum. Just turn right at the hotel exit and walk for 100 meters to access the park via a walkway Breakfast had a large Asian food options but with eggs made to order, toast, cereals, fruit and croissants, we were very happy with western options. The taxi rank is just outside the door and airport fare was $HK270. Cash only for taxis in HK. We had cocktails in the upstairs in the Flamingo Bar both nights and enjoyed the live music ( albeit a bit loud) and atmosphere .

The bathroom is really small and only liquid soap is available so bring a cake of soap if that’s what you prefer. The restaurant staff were fabulous but the reception staff did their job well but weren’t friendly.
