This is a hotel where I will definitely stay again and again when I come to Delhi. I had read all the positive reviews on booking.com, but the reality exceeded all my expectations. Everything is very clean, the staff is absolutely friendly and helpful, the breakfast couldn't be better, the shower works perfectly, also all sockets are in best condition. When I was in the room, I really didn't hear any of the noise that is so typical for Delhi. I only heard the birds singing and felt like I was in a resort somewhere in the jungle. For this price, you get absolutely high quality and a very high standard here. There is nothing they could do better.

When you are in such a beautiful place, the only thing that could happen is that you forget that you are still in Delhi. ;-)

Plcaed looked great, was spacious and clean, breakfast was delicious. All the staff and management were verry attentious, I was able to do a very late check out, they also arranged an airport pick up. They were always available to help. The breakfast was nice. I felt safe, the water was hot and the room, great. I'd recommend! Great stay in Delhi.

Staying here was an amazing, rejuvenating, restful experience. The owner & staff were so helpful, considerate and a joy to be around; they helped us set up sim cards, helped with transport, and medical help when my daighter needed it. Eating their was a delight with breakfast & dinner a veritable feast and cheaper than any restaurant around. We would highly recommend the Tree of Life to any and all travellers. We were sad to leave and look forward to returning someday.

That we weren't able to stay longer or take the staff home with us

Quick responses to requests and good assistance provided to organize transport and late night arrival. The facilities are not new but they are clean and the bed is very comfortable. Good shower with sufficient hot water supply. Very quiet. Safe. The lighting in the room & bathroom had many options and was bright. Copious breakfast. Complementary water, tea, coffee. Helpful staff and owner, happy to provide information and support. Super close to Saket metro making it easy to reach everywhere. I would go back and recommend. Thank you to the team for a nice stay.

The property is conveniently located in a sheltered estate in the south of Delhi with access through a number of manned security gates. It is a short walk to the the excellent metro system (Saket gate 3 entrance). Also a short walk to the PVR centre (cinema, shops and eating places). The host, Ashwani, is around every day or can be contacted by phone or WhatsApp. He provided us with some useful tips on things to see in Delhi. In his absence there are other English speaking staff on site. Breakfast is provided in the first floor dining room. A reasonably priced freshly-cooker dinner (INR600; veg or non-veg) can also be prepared with two hours notice. On our first night we did not have the best sleep due to noise in our front-facing room. On mentioning this to staff, Ashwani contacted us and offered to change to a rear facing room; where we slept well for the rest of our stay.

A very good place to stay and eat. The bedroom was of a decent size with plenty of hot water. In a quiet and safe area. Excellent breakfast and the dinners are well worth booking. Friendly and helpful staff and the owner is very knowledgeable about places to visit and cafes/restaurants. Metro station within easy walking distance offering access to central Delhi. Airport pick-up went smoothly.

The only downside is being under the flight path for the airport but earplugs help with that.

I can fully recommend this B&B, especially if you are visiting Dehli for the first time! Service: The host Ashwani awaited us in the middle of the night (morning), since we just landed around 2am. Throughout our whole stay, Ashwani and all of the Tree of Life staff were not only super friendly and attentive, but also very accommodating to whatever schedule we had. The warm welcoming atmosphere was a reflection of the warm culture that India is offering. Also, no matter in what kind of hurry we were, or how late we were to the breakfast, we were always offered great cups of Chai, fresh fruits, yoghurt and omelets. Ashwani on top gave us great tips for the city and and organized an amazing tour guide for a private tour around Old Dehli. Rooms & Location: The room that we got was spacious and had a huge king size bed. Everything was clean and the bed was comfy. The location is in a gated area and in South Dehli and we never felt unsafe or uncomfortable.

Outside of the B&B was a small construction side; and since the window / balcony door that was in our room was not the best isolated one, it got a bit loud in the room in the morning. If you have a light sleep, then best case bring some Ohropax (light earplug).

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful! The food was great and they will even make you dinner and arrange rides for you for extra fees. The hotel is within walking distance of Saket metro which is very helpful. The A/C worked great (very important in June) and the area is very quiet which I prefer. The bathroom was very nice and the internet was excellent!

There was nothing I didn't like. The mattress was a little hard, but that is a preference of mine. Everything was clean and it was very easy to get assistance or get questions answered.

I had heard of Ashwani's legendary qualities as an excellent host since I was in Brazil, and could confirm that the moment I met him. He promptly arranged my bedroom for me earlier than planned since I was exhausted after a 27-hour flight. He was so kind and gave me maps and lots of information about how to get to famous places, which places to avoid and which ones to visit. My stay in Delhi was a total success because of him. As for the B&B, I was in an excellent room with clean, wide and cozy facilities. The place is in a safe, residential area in south Delhi. I went out perfectly safe to take a walk at 3:30 in the morning and everything was fine. I'll surely be back. Best regards from a very satisfied Brazilian guest.

The staff were excellent. It has a lift. The dinner was exceptional, breakfast fine. Very clean, good beds, plenty of hot water, nice lounge area with tea making facilities. The air conditioning was not able to be used but is was cool enough with just the fan.

The furniture was in need of renovation and there should be 2 pillows on each bed. It was more expensive than other 2 to 3 star hotels we stayed at, probably because it was owner run with only a small number of rooms.
