Green Park, Visakhapatnam

The breakfast was very good. Ram the manager was a perfect host and catered to all requests quickly and efficiently. It was neither too expensive nor cheap for the value. Staff are cordial and friendly and willing to help although the response can be slowish at times. Room service is cheaper than most other places that are similarly rated. Mekong restaurant is very good although comparatively expensive.

The infrastructure is old and needs renovation. Rooms are bare and the bathroom installations were old and run down. The carpets in the corridors need changing. All in all the hotel needs renovation and rehaul aesthetically.

Good breakfast. Great location provided you wish to be within walking distance of the main shopping area of the city. Not so great if you wish to spend more time on the beach front. The beach is not close enough to just walk down, especially if you have a family with kids!

The hotel is one of the older properties in Vizag. It is reasonably well kept but the signs of aging are visible at several places within the property - the in-room fittings, bathroom fittings and appliances are rickety and worn out at several places.

Some renovation were going on in parts of Hotel and we heard drilling sounds and paint smell at times other than that everything was fine.

Quality and Quantity of food was not spicy at all.

Beer is too expensive for a local brand I don't mind paying higher for the brand I like for international brand,sadly not available only available Bira and KF... I love Heineken ...cheers!,,, Somehow there is smoking smell through Aircon only experienced for my last visit in Jan 2022

Breakfast was the highlight of the stay, with a huge variety of things to choose & eat. The staff at the restaurant were extremely polite and helpful. Location was great with lots of nice places to go to close by.

The restaurant for lunch was not value for money. Highly priced and medium taste. Nothing exciting to say about the food.

The room was neat , clean and the beds are very much comfortable. The 24 x 7 reception service was mind blowing. I even have ordered a bedsheet on 12 o clock and they had given me with in 10 minutes. The food is also very much delicious. Great place to stay.

At reception one named Ms Suchitra received well and though property full and chosen rooms not available still she could manage to offer best

Good hotel at a value for money price range. However the elevator and hotel corridor needs refurbishment as it looks dated. However the rooms were good and comfy

Staff are great and was amazed by the hospitality. They were kind enough to accommodate whatever we asked for . Would surely visit again

All The staff was very cordial and service was nice. The location and ambience was great. The reception, duty officer, Manager all were very friendly.

Slight improvement in room service and house keeping will help. Service in Restaurant can be improved.
