The most prominent of many good aspects of the hotel was The People. I understand that the local tradition of being courteous also contributes to pleasing faces. But one has to give credit to the Lead Team for the all the work that goes into screening, training, maintaining staff that can deliver top class standards of Service....... In all the departments. The speciality restaurant Dakshin was a memorable treat. The customer is made to feel like she/he is someone they all adore. My Congratulations to the General Manager & his team.

It's a rare occasion when I can't recall on what to complain about. That's what Real Good Service Can do to any Customer.

Breakfast is great and very good selections. Beds are comfortable and clean.

Check out process is bit weird. During the check out process, the staff needs to send a person to the room to see if any freezer items are consumed or not. This process doesn't defy the logic. The total check out process took about 15 to 20 minutes (certainly caused stir to us as we need to catchup our flight luckily we were able to catch our flight just one minute before the gates are closed). ITC should charge some amount as deposit and that will be fully refunded if no freezer items are consumed. I don't think any customer will lie for Rs.100 items when they are paying Rs.6500+ per day.

Staff was courteous and very helpful, especially Ms. Roopa and Mr. Prabhash. Beach was a short walk away. Bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent.

Add more variety to the breakfast menu and try to be less repetitive. Please communicate clearly and upfront (while customers are booking) about any maintenance activity being carried in the hotel that may cause disturbance during the stay. This would help customers anticipate in advance vs. upon arrival / check-in.

An excellent choice at breakfast for both Asian & Western tastes. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional and caring. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I was admitted to hospital after an accident and two of the staff came to visit me and brought me some food. That was a wonderful gesture.

The price of drinks at the bar were expensive.

The location was right next to the beach. The lobby was spacious and impressive,

Lot of plastic is being wasted which is not environment friendly at all. For example, every time we needed drinking water, we had to get new sealed bottles of mineral water. Instead if they could install RO at each floor, and provide glass bottles in each room, it would have been much better.

I booked my room for two nights,but due to my flight cancelled i am able to make up first day.i informed the reception that i am able come on first day.when i came in second day by 2.15pm to hotel waited for 20 minutes at reception incharge person told me room is getting ready wait for 15 minutes.it was unpleasent stay with this staff behaviour.

The hotel has a prime location at the Devee Grand Bay right opposite the Ramakrishna Beach, and some good view from the rooms. The room itself, hotel amenities, breakfast options, room service, hospitality are all positives. Though walking distance from RK Beach, the area is crowded and has more of a bustling city centre feel. For a more tranquil, relaxed experience, we visited the beaches further away from this area. Overall, a good stay that we recommend. Thank you.

Our in-room dining experience was slow, we needed to make multiple calls to get a menu and place an order, and the food delivery was also delayed. The menu options at the Marco Polo lounge were limited.

The hotel retains its old school charm and hospitality I remember growing up in the city. The staff including but not limited to (Rajiv from Management, Monisha, Vaihav, Gurpreet at the breakfast restaurant, and the entire housekeeping staff we friendly, courteous, and ready to help and went out of the way to make me feel comfortable during my 2-week stay at the hotel. I hope the new management keeps the atmosphere and the service from the past while it attempts to modernise the hotel infrastructure to meet the current day standards.

It is in dire need of some renovation especially the rooms that have fallen into disrepair, which is underway with new the new owners. The room was quite dirty when I first checked in with a lot of stuff below the bed and a dirty carpet but a quick call to the reception did the trick and housekeeping was on point to bring it up to scratch. Pricing of in-room dining seems disproportional and expensive, I mean 300 INR for a cup of half-decent coffee or tea feels like robbery.

Top quality hotel with excellent staff. Very good pool and gardens and nice terrace. Rooms are large with very comfortable bed and excellent shower. Lots of bottled water provided. Hotel felt secure.

Bar prices are very, very expensive.

Hospitality, Location and overall experience. The staff was courteous and well mannered. They helped us with all sorts of requests once they had a chance. Breakfast was amazing and tasty

Waited for room for 2 hours despite placing early check in request a week before. However that was made up by courteous nature of the staff and speeding up once they got a vacant room
