Honest review …. 1. Great staff, nothing was too much of a problem, very kind and attentive, resolved any queries immediately. 2. Rooms very clean and very compact - no room to swing a cat, but who brings an animal on holiday to Dublin! 3. Perfect location for all the bars and very lively nightlife, if you are lucky enough to try and sleep before 3am, suggest a bottle of red for a night cap and sleep on the kitchen floor, worked well for our party! 4. Great security and 24 hour reception, they can even help you find your room when you are too inebriated.

Reading the unfair traveller reviews …. PLEASE DON’T stay here if you want peace and quiet all night in a spacious room … you are above a bar that is open with noise till 3am and then refilling barrels from 7am. Please stay outside Dublin and Uber in and out of the city and especially Temple Bar area to get your peaceful night sleep and swing your cat all night long, please don’t stay here and moan about the size of your room and sleeping above a bar!!

Location was amazing, so central and great music coming from Temple Bar. Tons of space, cozy, had a great time! Would absolutely come back. Loved the music, the location, how much space we had - my friends and I had an amazing time and I am already planning my next trip.

They wouldn't let us check in until 3:00pm on the dot - not even 2:55pm, which I understand but was a bit of a bummer since our flight got into Dublin in the morning. But they let us store our bags which was nice! Also there's live music outside until 2:30am - so if you are a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend!

The location is great for the young crowd who like to stay out late and party all night and looking for a place to stay for the night. It's not far from the Liffey River and a multitude of busses. Many touristy places are a walk away.

The location is a next to the Temple Bar which makes it very noisy till very late (drinking crowd, people fighting, seabirds, street cleaning at 1:30, and garbage pickup during the night). We were three middle aged women with suitcases at the end of our two week stay in Ireland in a room that was about the size of a dorm room. There was hardly anywhere to walk. The bathroom shower is very much like a teleportation tube and the sink is similar to an airplane sink. It looked like there was supposed to be a small glass shelf but there wasn't one. There was no space to put anything down.

Beautiful apartment with every amenity at such a good price! Temple Bar was (of course) rocking, but it was fine upstairs and I wear noise-cancelling headphones anyway. The beer barrels started rolling out quite early but I didn't hear them at all with headphones in. That said, if you're looking for a QUIET place, Temple Bar isn't it. But for an AWESOME experience (once you get over the price of pints, which are at peak tourist prices and not in the hotel's control), you'll be happy here - I sure was!!

Nothing that the hotel could control could be better - it was a great stay and the ultimate Temple Bar tourist experience.

Great location, everything we wanted to do in Dublin was made very easy by where the property was located. Literally in the heart of Temple Bar.

After we checked in, we were in our room getting ready for our evening out and all of a sudden a hotel employee gained access to our room, I was stood in the room in my underwear and my partner was actually completely naked sat on the bed. The employee wore a high vis vest so I assumed he was maintenance of some sort. He apologised and left. However my partner was badly shaken and upset by it. There should be no chance whatsoever of employees entering rooms after check ins. I refrained from complaining at the front desk but I would not feel comfortable returning to the property in the future.

Great location.

When packing up found a pair of dirty underwear on the floor beneath drapes. Truly gross. Also, I’m only 5’7” and the bed was a bit tight for me - room 103

Excellent location, literally around the corner from the main Temple Bar area, but at the same time the room has a feeling of disconnect from the bar scene, so you get the benefit of being in the tourist location but at the same time being removed from it in your room.

The room was small, but it had a comfortable double bed and an ensuite with a very good shower. A small bit of water ended up on the floor of the bathroom from the sink due to lack of space in the ensuite, but for me this was a very small non issue

Location and staff were outstanding

Shower water was scalding hot. Housekeeping and maintenance staff tried to adjust. Was able to get to a somewhat reasonable temp for a very quick shower. If I was staying for another day would have requested to change rooms. Another challenge is the placement of the sink, vanity shelf and towel rack. The sink is narrow and with the shelf overhang and towel rack, you're not able to wash your face or brush your teeth without getting water etc all over the floor or yourself. I understand it's a small space but this is a poor design. Also room is very small, okay for a solo traveler but definitely not a couple.

After reading some terrible reviews on TripAdvisor, I was really apprehensive about our stay but it was absolutely brilliant. Right in the heart of Dublin city, and next door to the Temple Bar pub, you’re literally surrounded by pubs, restaurants, shops and everything you could need. The room was really clean and the bed was super comfy! Staff were lovely too upon arrival and departure allowing us to leave our bags for the day when checking out.

The only negative thing was the room was boiling and the hot air was coming through an uncontrolled vent. There was no aircon or option to turn it off and with a windowless room it was unbearably stuffy in the night. We did ask reception for a fan but they didnt have any, which was fair enough.
