Everything about Brooks Hotel is excellent. Fantastic location with lovely restaurants and pubs close by. Very close to the Gaiety where we went to see 'Sive'. The staff in the hotel are very professional and extremely friendly. The room are so comfortable, they have the best pillows, great strong shower and overall so clean. Love staying in this hotel. Lovely breakfast, very tasty and something for everyone.

There was nothing I did not like, this hotel is spectacular and I will definitely be using it again. Well done to everyone there on an amazing experience.

Location, Location, Location! We had a suite and it had everything we needed and more! The bed was very comfortable. The staff always helpful and friendly. The breakfast each morning was very, nice but they served about the same items everyday. (we were there four days) Would have been nice to see different fruits, pastries and entrees. We had clothes sent out for cleaning and they were back the next day and placed into our closet! The housekeeping staff were wonderful and attentive!! We would stay there again!

The breakfast was good but would like to have seen more variety each day.

Fantastic location... within walking distance of the heart of Dublin. Breakfast was served till late, which we appreciated. Lovely fresh fruit and pastries on the buffet and lots of choice for cooked-to-order hot food, which is rare these days. They were happy to adapt these options for me (see pic.). Coffee was flavoursome and hot. Room was tastefully decorated and although quite small (we had the classic double) it had everything we needed, including very comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely shower gels provided and a powerful hairdryer, which is always welcome! Good variety of TV channel provided and tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary water... we appreciated the small details. Very convenient parking opposite, for a reasonable discounted price of €16 for 24 hours.

The foyer included comfortable chairs, but it was rather breezy due to the double doors opening frequently to allow guests to enter.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Temple Bar, Dublin. Walking distance to all local attractions including Temple bar area, the castle, Trinity college and the river. The rooms were small, however we expected this as we booked a small room. The bed was very comfy and the room exceptionally clean. Staff were helpful and kind. The window looked over a great red brick building in Dublin - it was a little loud (not overwhelmingly so) in the evening due to nearby pubs but this is all part of the experience!

It was quite expensive, but it was a lovely hotel in a fantastic location on a Saturday night in summer in Dublin, so at least you get what you pay for!

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Conor, the concierge was fantastic. It's a beautiful hotel located in area where you can easily walk to historic sites, St. Stephen's Green, shopping, restaurants, pubs. We had the continental breakfast on our visit and it was very satisfying. The meals we ate at the hotel were also delicious. I hope to go back to Ireland someday and will definitely be staying at The Brooks Hotel again.

There is nothing that I didn't like. Just a note though that as it is in an area that has lots of restaurants and pubs, it can be noisier at night. It wasn't an issue for me though.

Everything was exceptional. The location was perfect for 80 plus mum who couldn't walk too far. The breakfast, bar service and dinner service on our last night were excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for us! Will definitely return.

A small point but probably worth mentioning.... we found in today's modern age of electronics there was a shortage of vacant plug sockets. The majority of sockets were already accommodating room amenities. Charging devices, hairdryers etc needed to be interchanged in the one available socket under the dressing table. Take a small socket extender.

The location of the hotel was very central for sightseeing and restaurants. The variety on offer for both continental and cooked breakfast was very good. Our room had everything that you would expect from a room of this grade. The staff and service in all areas was exceptional.

It is not easy to suggest anything that could be better. Everything at this hotel met my needs for both business and recreation. I was particularly impressed with the Residents Lounge which was a bonus for working quietly away from my bedroom.lo

Stayed here for one night in late March, for one night, on the occasion of my wife's birthday. We've been staying a few time a year, for over twenty years. Whilst a lot of things have changed in Dublin in that time - some good & some not so good - the service & attention to customer satisfaction has never faltered, at Brooks Hotel. General Manager - Anne McKiernan & all her staff, from concierge extraordinaire - Conor O Connell - reception, bar staff & restaurant, can rightly be proud of the wonderful niche they have continued to uphold. It is indeed a home from home. Highly recommended .

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good, freshly cooked hot breakfast, also buffet with fresh fruit, bread and cold meats

Our room was quite small and the en suite was tiny and very dated, could do with a make over. The bed throw had stains and marks on it, I don't know why hotels use these, they are very unhygienic in my opinion. The extractor fan didn't work in the ensuite either.

We were told that we needed to give a credit card with a €50 holding deposit The next morning on checking out. We were told it was €50 plus the room cost .It was taken off the credit card and would be refunded in a few days This should be made clear on booking the room Alot of customers do not have a credit card They use there Debit card and tap there phone .
