We were so surprised at the quality of the food at breakfast! We decided to book dinner the following night! It did not disappoint. We had the fish chowder, Duck wings to start followed by the beetroot Risotto and Chicken curry. Beautiful wines all organic and high end. Excellent value for money and good service by Allen. For us the staff here are a highlight all of which we encountered were delightful! However the star of the show was Shannon the breakfast hostess. Shannon was professional and on top of everything she even remembered how we like coffee in the mornings. Ariane was so sweet as well. A great stay and concept THANK YOU.

Check-in is at 3 pm. We understand that people often try and push their luck and check in early but we arrived around 1pm in the afternoon and were offered the room early for €20 more. We decided to go for a walk for an hour and then get the room free of charge. We understand if you arrive late morning for example of a long haul flight into Dublin and you require the room from 10 am. I think €20 is a very fair price of the room early, especially if you need to rest with jet lag. This wasn’t the case for us as we just flown in from London..

The included breakfast was really good. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. And the room was comfy and modern. Also, the complimentary water was an added bonus, especially in light of conservation efforts.

One thing, I would advise and an upgrade would be to convert the televisions to smart TVs which have apps like Netflix, YouTube, etc.

Location is amazing. Decor is gorgeous. Very relaxed. Staff were excellent.

Due to the design of the rooms to maximise the use of space, the beds are too short and ours had shelving at end. This is not comfortable for tall people but we had an idea that this might be the case and made the compromise for location for one night.

I couldn’t wait to get home to write about this property! It was perfect for a solo traveler at an affordable price in the heart of the city .Everything in their description is spot on. That is, the oh so quiet room that could be darkened with black out curtains made for the perfect sleeping nest. And like a nest , it was small but my room was perfect for solo travels. There were luxurious touches everywhere . We even noticed the quality of the toilet paper!

The property was sleek modern and minimalistic;. I’m doing so, we felt the look overshadowed the function. It would have been nice to have more hooks or shelves.

Location, room and breakfast all excellent

Pillows were not the comfiest. I did ask for softer ones from reception which they did facliate with fresh ones but they were not amazingly better.. But really a small moan as everything else was tip top!

Wonderful location in the very centre of everything. I loved the hotel decor. My room was even better than expected, very cosy & well laid out, with everything I needed. Despite the central location, there was no city noise. Highly recommended for city trips.

Loved all of the interior design touches, which were beautifully thought out and very functional. The breakfast was delicious, and the common space/restaurant was lovely. The staff were top-notch; helpful, efficient, and friendly.

Older folks challenged be technology would have serious issues operating basic functions in the rooms. I would not recommend this hotel for couples traveling with more carry-on sized bags, as there is simply not enough room to store luggage in the room. We made it work, but it was awkward. Additionally, the lobby area is tiny and fills up very quickly when people are trying to check out or are waiting for tables at the adjacent dining area. No easy solution to that -- the hotel was built to be small and efficient, and most of the time, it works just fine.

location was good, the room was cozy and after an initial dirty sheet we were immediately given an new clean room. so customer service was excellent. the breakfast was really good and the staff was very friendly.

I received a message before our arrival asking to check in online. I did not however receive any information on how to check in online. later I was informed that an email should have been sent with instructions. Because I booked through bookings.com, I think they did not have my e-mailadres. the message they sent in regards to online check in, did not make any sense because I did not receive an email. Perhaps an explanation in the message on how or where to find the instructions for online check, would help or at least give you more information to report what has gone wrong.

Right in the centre of everything. Pretty much within walking distance of restaurants, bars and nightlife. All the shopping too. Service from the staff was friendly, and check-in was easy. There's a set of stairs to come down to enter, so something to bear in mind if you have heavy luggage. But I think they have accessibility for wheelchairs. They also have a restaurant/cafe and chill area which I thought was handy. They serve drinks until 4 am I believe. The room was spectacular. I came for a business trip. There was soundproofing, and the bed to sleep in was amazing. Absolutely clean. You have a hairdryer, big TV, a foldable desk, and a kettle. The shower immediately had hot water when I needed it. The toilet and sink are separate from the shower which made the studio very compact and neat. When I needed to work, the desk was convenient and the internet was fast enough to upload IG stories/posts. For a 4-day stay, this was perfect for my business needs.

Only I had to carry my suitcase down when I arrived. But, I had a male receptionist who kindly offered to take it up when they ordered my cab for the airport on check-out :)

This was a little hidden gem. The whole feel of relxation. The lovely toiletries were of good quality . The shower and torch screen blinds etc were a nice touch. The staff went over and above to make our stay nice and easy. They done this so effortlessly. Adam providing excellent customer services in regards to a last minute laundry request . We were made to feel very welcome by the restaurant staff who also exhumed great customer services. We liked the additional list on the menu that included kitchen staff. I believe it was called " buy beer for staff ". Quite cool , as "back of house" staff can sometimes go unnoticed for all of their hard work. Thanks Wren.

This is out of the hotels hands however its location is ideal for Temple Lane etc but the actually street is a turning where a few " street people " like to frequent. We know each city has this down side, there is no escaping it and its not the hotel fault . Its just an observation. The bed was up against the window so this means climbing over your partner if you are on the inside. A minor problem overall as the room was indeed lovely
