Thank you very much for spending a great time at the Brown Hotel, and special thanks to the receptionist Maayan...it was a very comfortable, clean and quiet hotel...and the kind treatment of the staff, especially Maayan, she took great care of us and made us feel as if we were in our second home. However, its prices are very cheap compared to these high features. I strongly recommend this hotel.

We love Brown Hotels so we wanted to try this one in Eilat and I'm happy to report that they didn't disappoint. We enjoyed our stay very much. It's a cozy hotel, rooms not too big but very comfy and CLEAN and the staff is exceptionally friendly (specially thanks to Shay our young and sweet receptionist that was helpful and professionally addressed all our requests) .

Breakfast excellent, the Pool perfect, and Room was great.,.

The only complaint was that it was a double-size bed with a split mattress. There was nowhere to put your body wash and shampoo in the shower apart from on the shower floor.

everything except parking place

We really liked the hotel. Good location near to the port and restaurants. Parking in the hotel. The room was new, nice, warm. Warm shower, comfortable bed. Coffee machine in the room. The breakfast was amazing! We wanted to hav a brekfast in restaurant near, but decided to take it at the hotel. And it was the best decision. The wide viriety of dishes - delicious!

Good comfortable rooms & beds in close proximity to beach and restaurants & bars. Also staff was super helpful, where Aanchal was extra helpful as well as the manager who helped me out all the way from the airport.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations - it is AMAZING. Very chic, modern, clean, and in a perfect location. You walk in and you just feel the vibes and its not like tacky / overly commercial / extra like some of the other hotels around. Reminded me of some hotels in Miami! Upon check in you are greeted by LOVELY staff and CHAMPAGNE!! Everyone was so friendly and hospitable. The pool is perfect - carries the decor theme of the hotel and is super chill. Breakfast buffet - WOW - made for a king!! I didnt have lunch or dinner there but Im sure it's amazing too. Across the street you have the eScooters. I used them to go into town and to ALL the dope beaches (mosh, dekel, dolphin reef, and even some secret ones in between). Being right before the strip where allll the hotels are (like queen of sheba, The Dan, etc) it makes getting in / out a lot easier and you deal with less traffic (none at all). Its also more relaxing and less hustle/bustle. I had a room to myself with a queen bed, extremely comfortable and I had a view of the city which was especially cool at night. Room is sooo Miami type and straight vibes. Absolutely wonderful stay and I will 100% return if Im ever in Eilat. PS Im from NYC and live there so this review is not coming from an Israeli haha. Trust me this hotel is dope.

due to current events (israel/palestine war), i actually canceled my stay at this property because this was booked a week weeks prior to the war. upon landing in aqaba, jordan, i actually heard word that the israel/jordan border crossing had since closed. during the traveling process though, i did message the hotel from the website, and they were always very nice and responsive. i notified them that i would not be staying at the hotel for the 1 night booked, but since the room was non-refundable, please allow anyone fleeing from the violence who needs room and board, to use my room for the night. they were very kind, and i hope some displaced residents were able to have at least one night of peaceful sleep.

the timing could not have been better, heh..................

It was my second visit after a year. The location is great, the rooms and hotel it self is super clean and the interior design is amazing. The beds are very comfy. Dogs are allowed which is a HUGE plus.

Unfortunately the stuff on the reception was neither that nice nor professional like last time. We arrived and we barely got a hello. The second lady on the reception, was eating sun seeds in front of us while teaching her co-worker some Russian. I really don’t like those behavior during customer service. I hope The professionalism will come back, because I relay liked the hotel.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, always smiling and very nice with my dog. parking was available.

honestly everything was good enough for what it is.
