Lovely hotel, with beautiful, well-kept gardens, surrounding a series of pools. Just 1 block back from the beach. The rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable.

It was pricey, especially considering breakfast wasn’t included. The cost of breakfast, if not pre-paid, was eye-watering! With a few exceptions, the staff were not very friendly.

I've stayed at hundreds of hotels, but this one definitely takes the cake. It was flawless from start to finish—from the moment I stepped in the door until I left. The room was spacious and chic, consisting of two areas with modern design elements that made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. And the staff was incredible: they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable! It was a pleasure to enjoy this hotel and I would definitely recommend it for a business trip or just for a weekend getaway. The hotel is located in a very central area, close to many tourist attractions, like the beach and shopping centers. I found it easy to move around the city thanks to its location. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, good facilities, and convenience. Special thanks to the rooms division manager Ms. Revital, she does a great job solving even minor problems that guests can have. I really appreciated her professional and prudent approach to her work; she is really a dream manager for any hotel chain, a manager to learn from. Great breakfast and dinner, plenty of options to choose from, a large diversified pool area, wine, soft drinks, and fruits in the room. Whatever you desire, this hotel has this! My sincere thanks for a perfect stay and I'll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect!

Great location, very nice staff and great room cleaning. Everything exactly as on photos, seaview 58sq m rooms are little old school, though it’s really nice and tidy and you have a feeling of staying somewhere in Italy 😅

Sand pool looks great on photos and kids are really having fun there but there are some cats and they use it as a litter box, so don’t be shocked if your kids find there some “brown play doh” 😂

large variety of rooms. we had family room which had spacious room for 5 with 2 showers. great pool. the little kids enjoy it very much

expensive breakfast and during the weekend the rate was even higher. we couldn’t have a bundle in advance with reduce price. breakfast was excellent however no option of cheaper option in the hotel during early morning. we went outside for a cafe shop one day

The breakfast was very good. The staff was really nice and friendly. The hotel facilities were excellent - Our daughter which was almost 3 had a blast in the kiddos club and enjoyed playing in the artificial sand beach. The restaurants of the hotel were really good and the hotel's location is great and really close to a lot of the main attractions. There was a lot of parking (but not on the "busy times" on Thursday). The room was very clean and the hotel provided with all the necessary equipment for our infant (a bath and bath seat).

The hotel complex is in a great location, few minutes walk from the beach. You have an inner pool complex with a lot of variety. the rooms are very large, suitable for more than 2 people (they even have a bed-sofas). The staff was always with a smile and willing to provide anything that was needed.

The sea side view doesn't let you actually see the sea, since there are hotels that hide the view. Still the view is great.

Beautiful pool and gardens, plentiful food. Dinner and breakfast buffets were excellent. Restaurant staff and bell hop were very helpful.

Rooms were basically clean but not amazing. Not enough shower products or towels provided. No extra pillows or blankets in the suites. Definition of a suite and kitchen facilities was very loose. Included a table with 4 chairs and a tiny dorm room fridge and no running water in ‘kitchen’ area. Pool area was extremely crowded. And no parking provided by hotel (paid or not) - asked us to park blocks away in sand dunes. Hotels should provide enough parking and if not have a solution ie valet parking.

The location is very good. Just a few steps from the Eilat promenade. The hotel and the room were very clean. The room was comfortable. The sandy pool was liked very much by our children.

Part of the pool was being renovated, and therefore unusable. This is surely temporary.

The staff was excellent. My wife and I left our jackets in the room and the staff collected them after we called and mailed them to us promptly.

The room was hot and there was no air conditioning. We had 2 toddlers with us and the pool was way too cold for them.

The room, the location and the sercvice was good. It was very clean. The pool with sand is special one.

There was a reconstruction work, and it gave a noise in the morning, and the restaurant was full with children and to loud and crowded.
