The room was at a perfect size and the bed was really comfy. Breakfast was absolutely delicious - the salad bar and cakes were really brilliant. The pool was fantastic, the kids had a blast! loved our stay

check-in was really late, got our room at 18:00 and not around 15:00 as promised. reception representative wasn't very welcoming. the rooms aren't soundproof, we could hear trucks and people on the street (our room was on the 9th floor!!) after a long wait and a lot of begging, we got the room for only one hour, checked out at 12:30 eventually rather than 11:30. Regardless of the "pass" we got, we had security coming to kick us out of the room three times. felt really unwelcome.

Woke up in a luxurious room with a beautiful view of the pool and sea. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of sweet and savory dishes. The hotel itself has modern regal style with glass elevators and marble floors. Dinner was incredible, again a large variety of meat, fish, salads and deserts. The location was excellent too.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke when we just first walked in. The hallway did as well. I guess many of the guests on our floor didn't adhere to the no smoking rule. There were towels and empty room service trays sprawled by our door, probably the smoking neighbour. It definitely ruined the "regal vibe". I was surprised that it wasn't removed by the cleaning staff though they made their rounds that morning, it was there until I called the front desk.

Great location, amazing food and nice view. The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff was attentive and kind. The whole place is wheelchair accessible, there is good parking and the location is the best - close to the beach, and shopping centers also.

The restaurant area was not well organized, chaotic during dinner time, although this was probably more the undisciplined guests than the hotel. Got better after some complaints were shared. There was no air conditioning (January) so the room got pretty heated up and there was some annoying noise coming from the pool area (probably some kind of cleaning or filtering machine sound).

Our stay started really well with Sara who checked us in with a smile, very welcome after the long drive to Eilat. The room is larger than the regular hotel rooms in Israel and very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was tasty, fresh and had plenty of choice. The pool is really well set out and clean. Overall we had a very positive experience and will stay here again!

There were some parts of our stay which can be easily fixed! The front door to our room was damaged on the inside and needs to be replaced. The bath towels are thin and small; they don't fit in with the comfort of the room and the hotel in general. We had a negative experience ordering food by the pool. Sometimes it's the small things which make a stay extra special!

Immaculate, responsive staff. Rachamim the coffee guy was terrific,as was Megan at check-in. Bed was very comfortable.

Pillows are AWFUL. Asked for replacements,which came immediately,but we're only slightly better. I almost went to a store in Eilat to buy a pillow. Bathroom tub is very high, and a challenge for older or less limber guests. Would prefer an option of shower only. Bathrooms are lovely but should have exhaust fans on your next remodel. Heard a lot of mechanical noise,on and off,during the night. Don't know if it was the roof next door or water/air conditioning in the ceiling. Enough to wake me even with ear plugs. Entry from parking to the elevator could be more welcoming and safer to navigate. Please include fresh fruit at the breakfast!

Beautiful place!! Artistic building in a great location. The weather in Eilat was so good like in the summer and there is a pool in the hotel and also outside in a walking distance a beach of the red sea. The service was very nice , staff are professional and have very good soft skills . This is a real 5 start hotel very high standard, high quality , extremely recomnded .

It was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good. I wish that there were more vegan foods. Other than that. It was great. I look forward to my next vacation with you guys.

Needed more vegan food options at breakfast. Last year there was a special section for vegan food and it was wonderful.

Nice large spacious quiet and clean room. Lovely view of the laguna. Spotlessly clean and well kept. Ample elevators. Meals were excellent with large choices.

Bath for showering was very slippery. Breads and cakes were placed on the serving areas using bare hands. No gloves or serving instruments. No enforcement of mask wearing for Covid prevention.
