The one criticism is the intrusive music played at the swimming pool fro 8am, the bass waking us up. It was not necessary to play the music like this, or indeed all day. I had a meeting with shahar, one of the managers in the hotel. She told me that she would be holding a meeting with the hotel manager at 11am yesterday and that she would email me with the result. I am awaiting the email.

When we checked in they didn't give us any info about the hotel including breakfast time. As a result we were late for breakfast for the first 2 days so we didn't have time to enjoy it. The food selection and presentation at breakfast was very dissapointing! Also, the uniforms (jeans and sweatshirts!) and service in the dining room for breakfast was definitely not up to the standards of a high class hotel.

everything was great in general except parking. food is tasty, rooms are big and have very nice view, good amenities, friendly staff. generally, pretty good. Situation close to the beach was also cool
people literally have to spend some time in a queue for parking place - hotel's own parking is very small. This is not my first stay here - situation always the same. However they have electric car charging spots - it helps sometimes. String for wet clothes was to short for the space it was meant for, so it was unusable - had to figure out. but this is not a big deal.

Definitely five star hotel with a great site right on the north beach of the city Eilat. The room was fantastic and had a wonderful view of the bay… Nothing but praise to say of the room or the other facilities of this great Hotel Chain in Israel.
No parking on arrival and had to walk a great distance from a very dusty sandlot parking spot. I have a bad back and the attendant-valet on arrival was curt and actually almost downright obnoxious. Some of the other staff were also clueless sometimes- for instance as to the site of the hotel’s restaurant!

I got an upgrade to deluxe rooms without even requesting for. Everything was just amazing, the size of the room, the view, the facilities inside and outside the room. Great location, Great facilities, I feel like I haven't discovered a quarter of what the hotel has to offer.
The only thing I was disappointed of was the fact that I couldn't extend the my vacation there.

The breakfast was great. Most of the facilities and the staff is excellent. I would like to note especially Rima, who was in charge of the reception staff and made us feel very welcome even when things didn’t go exactly according to plan. Gorgeous room and pool, perfect spot for the beach and phenomenal breakfast. Staff were great and tge hotel has a lot if little extras like fruit gifts for tge room, beach chair covers and decent music in tge background.
- Buffet signage was only in Hebrew. Had to walk behind my husband and translate - Pool bar is sadly closed during the week but isn't put away so it just looks like an industrial warehouse within the pool - Rooms are gorgeous but dated. Shower handle was stiff, bath creaky, tears in rug and curtain

Dan hotel is an amazing place to stay at we stayed for one night and we really enjoyed it Employees are so kind always smiling and very helpful Hotel is really clean and have so many stunning views It have two pools with one slide and it is really fun Our room was in floor six and the view was wonderful Breakfast was so delicious and all fresh with so many kinds of almost everything

The staff was so nice to us, they made us a good deal for an upgrade and we got a beautiful room for much cheaper from the price. It's really a nice hotel and a good location on the beachfront. It's really worth the money and we had good time. Thank you very much dan hotel!!!!!!
