C&O' luxury suite0

i was put in another apartment from the one i had booked ... and i had booked this particularly to be with my colleague Jette Steen KNudsen. I realize that this was done to try to improve my family visit but (i) i was surprised to be advised of this as i landed in Cagliari (ii) and in any case i was put in yet another (and very good) apartment when my family arrived.

Rooms are very spacious and very clean. The property is near the city center, supermarket is just a few meters close. The owner is very polite and hospitable, and the breakfast is classic italian: toast, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, croissants, fruit and coffee. It is very fresh!

Nothing!

Brekfast at the cozy terrace - there aren't many rooms in the acommodation = not too crowded and at the breakfast quite calm. Beds very comfortable. Olivierio and Cristina very helpful and kind. Bus stop in front of the hotel.

Window from the shower unit to the room? Strange, but unfortunatelly very common at some modern hotels.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was really big, modern and bright. The lights made the room very cosy. We could use the terrace by entering directly from our room. The hosts were really sweet and nice.

Everything was brand new, very clean, modern and the atmosphere created by all the lights was very romantic. The bathroom was beautiful. The continental breakfast, served on the terrace nice decorated, was delicious and various. The host was very friendly and nice. We check-ed-in earlier and after check-out stored our luggage. The property is very close to the city center and just in front is a bus station. It's real, it's a luxury property! A 5* property

Most comfortable stay we have had! The bed was a dream, the room is a great size, AC, bathroom stunning. Cute breakfast on the terrace, easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. Would stay again

Cleanliness, services, luxury, facilities

Free parking is very difficult to find in this area. There is no space to park your car for loading & unloading the luggage.

Very comfortable bed, great facilities and a very warm welcome ! The location is surprisingly quiet even though it’s on a busy street.

Oliviero was very helpful and welcoming. He provided a map on the 1st day and told us about all the best local spots. And the best ways to get around town.

It is really true what people say about the host Oliviero! Even though he doesn't speak English we understood everything he was saying to us :) Extremely friendly and we felt very welcomed. He personally made our delicious cappuccinos in the morning. The rooms are exactly like the pictures, very luxurious and quiet. The only difference is the terrace, where now the floor is artificial grass. It looks and feels more like holiday - good decision! The location is also perfect, with a bus stop right next to the building entrance.
