The room is sweet as it says. You have all you need in the room (coffee machine, fridge with cold drink, various choices of tee and coffee, packed breakfast, air condition, private bathroom..). There is lot of free parking space in the street. Great location. Main attractions are nearby. Easy self check-in. Great comunication with the owner. Comfortable bed and verry clean space!

The location of the accommodation was perfect, the rooms were kept clean, and breakfast/snacks were available in abundance. Due to the owner's availability and swift reply to requests, our stay was both a comfortable and wonderful experience.

What a nice find in Cagliari! Right in the city centre, and impeccably clean and a well stocked kitchen. Vale was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay - even past mid night giving me tips! The washroom is big, great shower pressure and lots of counter space!

The location is great - walking distance to the city center + there is a free parking in front of the apartment (parking in Cagliari is a little adventure). Apartment was clean and ready for us - check in and check out was smooth. No issues at all. The host was very flexible and he did his best to meet my special requirements in regards to breakfast - I'm on dairy free diet and he did an extra effort to make sure breakfast are there for me as well - THANK YOU

Bed is not really comfy - but it depends on your preference - super soft bed was a real pain for both of us as I had a feeling I sleep in the hole. Shower is low pressure what was a bit challenge when I wanted to wash my hair. And yeah, there are "paper walls", so I heard exactly what's happening next door -closing wardrobe doors, chatting, taste of music, etc, but I think that's how the building was built, nothing to do about it by owner..

The room is very clean and the mattress is comfortable. 18 minutes away from Cagliari airport! Very good location.

The location of this place is great. Quiet street but very close to the center. The room was just like in the pictures, comfortable and very clean. We did not meet the owner, but from what I could understand from our communication he seemed helpful and polite.

The mattresses were soft, and it's just not the kind of mattress that I prefer. But this is a very personal thing, for someone else it might not be a problem.

This was a very comfortable room, though small, it was well furnished with a very nice bathroom. The communication with the host was very detailed and helpful. The location is excellent for sightseeing around Cagliari, with many good restaurants nearby. Although there is free street parking if you can find a spot, there is inexpensive parking (only 8€/daily) nearby.

The water pressure in the bathroom was very low, so the shower took ages. The neighbours next door watch TV so loud that it's hard to listen to anything else.
