I loved Agrodolce and Rita, our amazing hostess /owner!! Rita is warm, welcoming, gracious, and a gifted baker! Her breakfasts are incredible with a variety of fresh, homemade baked Sicilian delights daily. Sweet and savory choices. The bed and linens were heavenly! The views from my balcony at night of La Rocca and its cross, lit at night, and the Duomo towers was lovely. The B&B is tucked in on an Old Town street, near the beach, pier, shops, and all local attractions. The entry door to the B&B is well worn….don’t let it fool you. There’s a treasure stay at the top of the stairs! And you may wish you’d booked more nights. Cefalu is a total delight. Explore! And don’t miss La Rocca. And the walk on the rocky path by the seashore. Rita has the best tips on restaurants and sites. Ask. She also is gifted in warmly engaging with her guests. A lovely opportunity to get to know one of Sicily’s most wonderful women. Enjoy your stay! Guaranteed!!

I liked everything about Agrodolce!

I liked everything about it. The location is amazing, in the heart of the historic town of Cefalu. A few min walks to the beach, surrounded by many great restaurants and shops. The owner Rita is friendly and very helpful. She made delicious varieties of breakfasts ( homemade banana cakes, orange cake, crepes, sandwiches, and much more) and also helped me find a private car after my family was stranded at the train station because of the train incident.

This B&B is an amazing place to stay and Rita is a great host. I appreciated very much that she came to the train station to meet me, I felt immediately welcome. My room was spotlessly clean and smelt good. I was very happy to have a balcony with a wonderful view of la Rocca and the sea. The breakfast offered everything from different home made cakes, yogurt, fruit, bread, croissants. Rita made sure I had everything I needed, I enjoyed very much talking to her while having breakfast. The location is awesome, 1 minute from the beach in the old part of the city and plenty of good restaurants nearby. I can highly recommend this lovely B&B, I will come back for sure!

Nothing, I wish I could stay longer.

This B&B was amazing and worth all the great reviews. It was our favourite place to stay during our trip to Sicily. Location is perfect, in the middle of the old town, rooms are beautiful and clean and Rita was such a lovely host, giving us restaurant recommendations and letting us know where to park and different options. The breakfast was first class, varied and fresh. If you’re thinking about staying do so!

nothing. it is up some steps but not sure you’re going to find much in the old town that isn’t up some sort of steps!

Rita was absolutely wonderful and her B&B was perfect - she let us drop our bags off early as we had arrived on the night train. Our room was clean, comfortable, the bed was wonderful, and the shower was great. Rita helped us with advice on where to go, and provided an incredible breakfast. The B&B is located in a beautiful historic building right in the old town and only a very short walk from the beach. I wish we had been able to stay for longer!

Rita is wonderful, her morning cakes are perfect--wish I had the recipe! The rooms are up 3 flights but she took most of the luggage up for us. Breakfast had great variety, savory and sweet. Homemade jams. Great coffee/cappucinos. Room was not huge but bigger than many in Sicily. Clean, nice quality toiletries. Cleaned and refreshed every day. Rita was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and things to do, helped us with an ATM snafu. Would love to return to this B&B.

This cute bed and breakfast has an amazing location and it is tan by a super nice host. One of the main reasons we chose it was its breakfast (we had read amazing comments about it!) and it certainly did not disappoint us: lots of homemade desserts, fruit, bread… It was simply magical to have that great breakfast in the terrace.

The only “bad” thing we’d highlight is that there are lots of stairs and there is no lift, but this is pretty common in this type of accommodations in Italy so we were not surprised.

Apartment was beautiful and thoughtfully designed with care for guests, including coffee & tea in room, many electrical outlets, a light next to the bed, clean smelling sheets, a comfortable bed, and a delicious homemade breakfast! Rita and her staff were incredibly kind and offered many great recommendations in the area, including the best meal I had while in Sicily. I never wanted to leave! Gratzie Rita!

It might be difficult for guests who are unable to walk up stairs, but I had no problem with it.

Rita’s place was so amazing. My husband and I had An amazing stay. She was so kind and helpful and recommended the most amazing restaurants. I would definitely go back and stay at Rita’s place. I highly recommend it to anyone who is going to Cefalu. Did I mention the location was amazing too. My husband also raves about her home made banana bread for breakfast. Thank you so much Rita, it was a pleasure meeting you.

omg, not sure where to start! I’m literally in love with this b&b! location, room, the old building, decoration, every little detail was exceptional. I stayed only 2 nights, so so regretful that i didn’t have more. Rita is an amazing host, all smiley, kind and very helpful. Having breakfast at little balcony is a great way to start your day with fresh fruits and homemade pastries everyday. I couldn’t be happier with my choice. really wish to go again
