The hotel fully met my expectations. The hotel is only half an hour away from the city center. The bus stop for the metro station (Bisceglie) is located very close to the hotel (about 2 mins by walk). The breakfast was really great and the staff was very pleasant.
We arrived a day later, due to a canceled flight. And the communication between the hotel and us could be faster. I have sent a mail to their official mail (info@hotelkristallcorsico.it) and only get one automatic reply. Also I have sent a message via Booking and received the answer to the question just before arriving at the hotel.

Hotel's location is very good. It takes just 5 minutes from train station Corsica. You can very fast and easy to get to Milan. My room was very small but clean, comfortable with good view. You can use air conditioner. Staff is very friendly. There was a good choice for breakfast.

The walls must be made of paper! We could hear every single word from our neighbours even though they were not loud. Location is a bit far away from the city centre (no direct access to metro, only bus stops).

The Hotel was absolutely perfect. Staff was very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. It took appropriately 40-50 minutes to centre and the bus station was only 2 minutes away from the hotel.

room was OK, there is limited parking but i managed to squeeze in both days. you can get an early coffee. each floor has two balconies which are used as a small smoking area.

It was clean and comfortable. Stayed here while attending the Formula 1. 5 minute walk from train station which is on suburban line that goes to Monza!

Location vs price relationship - good value for money. There was a small fridge - most hotels now do not offer it. The parking was for free - another good reason, if need to consider the cost.

Breakfast was poor 3days-2times cleaning lady. Once she didnt come(though she was still there cleaning when I left) and second she did my bed but she didnt take th garbage. I have to say she was polite!!

We stayed at Kristal when we went for the Deep Purple concert a d we had a good time there. Very nice hotel close to Milan. The staff was very kind and helpful and we really enjoyed the breakfast ☺️
