I loved the fact that the hotel was really close to the metro so I was able to get from the airport to the hotel in about 45 mins I also like the neighborhood as it was nice to go for a walk and there are some nice restaurants in the area

I didn't like the fact that there weren't many facilities there wasn't a microwave or anything so it was kind of hard to make food and no oven either so we had to use to stove and it took a while to figure out how to use it but it was still good also it wasn't that close to Milan as I thought it would be

The size and the comfort of the room are as described in the web page. Walkable distance to Metro station. The rolling blinds of the windows create darkness and it's perfect for a good night sleep. Carrefour and cute caffes are very near to the hotel.

Weak internet connection. Difficult to find a parking space. The reception is working only till 21.00, so if any problem occurs and help/ suggestion from the receptionist needed, not possible to receive it. The city tax is not included into the final price should be paid in cash only. *** Try not to forget anything at the hotel. You have to go back to the hotel and receive it at the reception. No posting service available of "lost and found".

Location was great. Staff were helpful

Mattress was hard and my husband could only sleep by putting a pillow under his hip! There was no where to hang out laundry. They don't supply enough shampoo and we had to ask for more. However if they change the mattresses would stay there again

Have stayed here before. Nice, well appointed apartments in a great location. Quiet neighbourhood near a supermarket and nice pizza restaurant. Helpful staff on reception. Good soundproofing. Can’t fault it for a good value stay in Milan with easy access to the city centre.

very big and nice apartment with small but very convenient kitchen with a dish washer. Good location and nice room size! Bathroom was modern as well!

The only negative topic was that we had to check-in until 21:00 and not later because the staff was not there after 21:00 but the staff was really nice as well!

the apartment is very good: the rooms are spacious and bright. The kitchen is equipped with basic items (in my apartment, at least, there was no oven or microwave, but it was not a problem). Cleaning is done daily. Frontdesk attendants are polite and enlightening to all questions asked. The position of the aparthotel is very good, in 5 minutes we are at the metro station and there is a 24 hour carrefour just across the square.

I stayed on the 5th floor and after 9 pm I heard a lot of noise from furniture moving upstairs. They looked like they were going to fall on my head at any moment.

Location is great, near Gambara metro station, what makes getting around the city very easy. The apartment is very big with a lot of room to work and relax. The area is quiet and very safe.

The bed mattress was really uncomfortable, making our backs hurt a lot after 3 nights, otherwise all good :)

The apartment was large and cozy. There was ample space to sleep in and the bathroom was nice and clean. Location wise it is close to many restaurants, better found on reservation sites instead of maps. Clean, nice and pleasant.

Can be a bit pricey for what you're getting, I feel as if you may get better service at an actual hotel and pay the same price.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The ladies at reception were friendly and helpful. The building was located in a quiet part of the City but 10 minutes by taxi to the Centre. There was a large, well stocked Supermarket on the other side of the nearby roundabout. The beds were big and comfortable, the bathroom was well equipped and included a bidet. The kitchen was the same.

The lift was quite small so it was hard to fit my wheelchair with me in it. The Internet was pretty slow throughout our break although it is free. My last disappointment was the Taxi services from there. There is a rank outside and at first, the takis were very reasonably priced, but the last two were nearly double what we had paid before, so perhaps a different company. The hotel had arranged these for us, but may not be aware. They had a much higher starting fare when we climbed in, one was 14€ compared with 6€ with others.
