Milan Marriott Hotel

Hotel was clean and comfortable and was in the process of a much needed renovation. Staff were friendly and location great for accessing Milan centre.

First room stank of smoke however we were quickly moved staff were surprised as hotel is a non smoking hotel

ROOM WAS CLEAN WITH WATER AND ALL AMENITIES

THAT THE PRICE BOOKING.COM QUOTED TO US WAS LESS THAN THE HOTEL CHARGED US. THEY CHARGED US MORE.

We booked a night in Milan because of some unexpected change in our travel plans. It was so comforting to have a Mariott in the area to easily book a night stay and have a light meal and drinks at the end of a long stressful day. Next morning,, the breakfast was superb and the staff got us a taxi quickly to continue with our vacation plans.

The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were very comfortable, and welcoming.

I wanted to use the stairs, rather than the lift, and was told that - due to renovations - the stairs were "out of use", which, G-d Forbid, in the event of a fire, would have been very dangerous.

Service is excellent. Very good and friendly staff! The room is also very good with a big bathroom and a cozy bed. It is pretty reasonable, considering the nice room.

The location is not really good. Not bad actually, since it's only 6 stations from Duomo. But it costs us more than 20 euros if we take a taxi from the central station.

Excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent staff, excellent breakfast. In short - a recommended hotel. And I say this despite the fact that when we stayed there part of the hotel was closed for renovations, this was not felt. This shows how good the hotel and staff are. The hotel is recommended especially for those who keep kosher, synagogues, etc.

Staff were friendly and the hotel was warm and clean. The barman and receptionists were great and the breakfast team even more so.

We were charged two City taxes upon checkout which was out of order given the city taxes were included in our booking. This left a bit of a sour taste in our mouths because despite showing the man on reception that City taxes had already been included on our bill he wouldn’t accept this was a mistake.

The hotels staff were excellent and very helpful, easy to get to and the bed excellent. Would come back in a heartbeat.

The hotel is currently under renovation and while not felt we could see why it needed it.

Bathroom was spacious and well appointed. nice to face daily room service. Very friendly staff. They had nice flavored water and bar available.

The room was dated but the property was under updating so I’m sure it’ll be nicer soon. Even with the construction still nice.

It is having a refurbishment otherwise I would have given it a 10

Certain amenities we didn't receive because of the refurbishment such as access to the executive toom but this was part of what we paid for and it wasn't explained beforehand that this wasn't available.
