I stayed in the ground floor room, with two large double beds. They were very comfortable and the room was very large. Location not too far from the Navigli, lots of restaurants nearby. Nespresso available free of charge.

The room was actually a conservatory extension, built onto the house, which was freezing cold, no matter what we did about the heating. The private bathroom across the reception area was clean, but the lock was quite fiddly and loud. Also, the check-out time was very early (10.30) and it would have been nice to have the option of learning my bag somewhere.

The bed was sooo comfortable and the shared kitchen was nice as well. Although the location is bit outside the centre, there is a nice area nearby (by the canals), where you can enjoy the evening and have a nice drink or two.. If you feel too lazy to walk to centre you could take a bus or tram, the stop was less than 200m from the place. The check-in was a self check-in, which at first felt little bit sketchy, but in the end it was actually very handy and the instructions were very straightforward.

I liked the apartment, the location and also the easiness of doing check in and check out. The communication with the host was pretty good.

There’s was no internet in the room number V. The names of the wifi weren’t even visible. The fact that I was asked for my credit card’s info by the host though I had booked through booking. Obviously, after discussing about it, I wasn’t obbligate to do it.

The kitchenware was almost inexisting. I recall there were two forks and a knife for the whole property. So although there was a kitchen you could not use it as there was no way of preparing anything with no cutlery. The autochecking was easy, they send you a PDF with instructions. In this PDF they tell you "Inside your room you’ll find a free welcome pack juices, water, coffee and tea." I believe its a nice detail but there was nothing of that, just two teabags. So maybe if they're not offering it anymore they should erase it from the PDF. Specially as we didn't buy water expecting there will be some as told in the autochecking document. Again is something they offer as a detail, so I would say they should just erase this sentence from the auto checking PDF.

the location is perfect. we were close to everything we wanted to meet in Milano and the metro stations. we got the room on the basement, we knew that because it’s clear on the description, and the room was very big and clean and had a private bathroom really new and renovated.

common areas are small, like the kitchen. we end up eating out. i think the price is high but I guess is okay for an expensive place like Milano.

Large bedroom with air-con and comfy mattress. Well located, great restaurants on via Savona and easy to get into town. Very smooth key/check-in and check-out process.

More hanging space for clothes would have made it absolutely perfect.

Clean, near the city and the transports, cosy, auto checkin and checkout

no locks on bathrooms, no wifi in our suit (might be an issue but it was not a problem for us)

Really cosy room, comfortable beds and close to the canal in Navigli. Staff was very nice. There was free coffee and tea available.

The bathroom is outside of the room. It's not a big problem but a little bit inconvenient.

Good localization, very nice and big room with very comfortable beds. Air conditioner, big LCD TV, nice furniture when u can hide all your stuffs. 5-7 min to metro station.
