We loved this B&B! It's a 20 minute walk from the centre of Florence on a nice quiet street. The communal area is tiny so we didn't spend much time there but our room was huge and gorgeous! It was impeccably clean and very comfortable. Niccoló was so lovely and helpful. He stayed up very late to meet us after we endured delayed flights & missed trains, which we appreciated so much.

The price on Booking.com did not include all charges so there was about €50 in additional charges added to our bill when we got there.

Lovely for a few nights' stay. Modern, clean and comfortable. Communication with host was excellent before and during stay. Less than 10 mins' walk from main station and an easy 15 mins to the centre. Nearby bus and tram stops for exploration further afield, host kindly gave us lots of useful info.

A very minor thing in that the shower wasn't private within the room (we were two friends sharing), so a frosted shower door would have been better than a clear one (WC and sink are separate though).

everything was perfect about our stay. Niccolò was great from start to finish. He took time to sit down with us and guide us through a city map of Florence and give top tips for places to see and things to do. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The air conditioning was fantastic, especially when it reached highs of 38•C during our stay. The bed was comfortable and the complimentary cold water and toiletries were a nice touch. Location was good and close to the main train station. The area was quiet, so sleeping at night was not an issue. Shower pressure and temperature was also very good. We would definitely recommend to anyway thinking about coming to Firenze. Grazie Mille. A presto!

The shower door was slightly broke and kept getting caught. Nothing major just something small that was a bit annoying.

We were greeted by Nicco who is an excellent host. Available to answer any questions or help with anything. he prepares the best Capuchino every morning the property is immaculate. Room was spacious and most comfortable. it’s a short tram ride to the historic center

- Niccolo is a really excellent host! If we ever visit Florence again, we would.be very happy to stay with him again! - Room is spacious and the beds are really comfortable (both pillows and matresses) - Actually there are 2x pillows available to choose, one softer and one harder - In case of early arrival or late departure, there is the option to store the luggage in a room and therefore avoid the husstle of carrying them around

Everything was perfect! It's in a walking distance to the center and train station, and at the same time in a quiet neighborhood. Niccolò is a super kind host, he made sure we are comfortable and gave us some nice recommendations on what to see and where to eat! I must say the rooms are very clean, beds are really comfortable, and in overall it's very cozy place. Thank you so so much!

Everything was perfect. The location is at about 15 minutes walk from the city center. The host is an amazing person, he took the time to stay with me and show me on the map where are all the must see attractions of Florence. He even recommended some great restaurants. The room was very clean and there was a cleaning service everyday. The place was really quiet and the beds confortable. Thanks for everything!

10/10!! Best host we’ve had in Italy! Went above and beyond assisting us w luggage storage, directions, restaurant recommendations and even called taxi for us.

Small bathroom, but who cares!! Don’t spend a lot of time in bathroom on vaca. It was extremely clean! That’s more important in my opinion.

The host was super helpful! And went above and beyond to ensure we had all the info we needed during our trip. Great location in walking distance from the centre. Immaculately clean. Great value for money and would reccomend to a friend. Venue was small but a perfect place to rest sleep and get ready for a day out in the city.

This property is very clean and well situated(aprox. 25 min walk from the Uffizi Gallery). Our host was very kind and helped us with useful information about local good eating places, sightseeing in Firenze and amazing coffee in the mornings. We definitely recommend you to take this place into account for you stay in Firenze.
